I placed a order from this company along let.com I think, I have no received anything from them my order was $51.50. What should I do,online knowing this company is not legit shouldn’t be be able to keep scamming people out of their financial inf and their money period
This is sort of for everyone, this was my outcome. I ordered through Alonglet and also Zalendii (same “company” apparently but didn’t know that until it was too late). The tracking number I was given had FINALLY showed delivered after 30 days but I never received anything. Every email I received was from a different person (only one first name as the sender but never the same person twice) but was told they would send out my order again. When the same thing happened again I told them I wanted a refund. They tried to tell me that they couldn’t refund my money because it was the couriers fault. Then they offered me 50% back but finally told me 100% after I told them that I would be getting my lawyer involved. That was just over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t seen a penny. I just lost $112 and half of that was my mother’s day gift. I wish knowing all of this that someone could put a stop to it.

I’ve been sending emails they offering to resend it so I agreed to the first order to be resent and the second one supposedly my first order was delivered today and I did not get it. I placed an order of $45 I waited over a month and contacted them. Apparently my order was delivered but I never got it so they said they’d resend it and request a signature this time. I was home and outside 9 mins after I received their message No packages and no deliveries on my cameras or the neighbors. When I contacted them again they said how they couldn’t believe it. That they were now going to contact USPS to claim insurance on the package because I hadn’t received it. Then claimed they couldn’t get the money I put in or the insurance. Then claimed they would reship . That was June 11th 2023 … They will rob you steal from you and continue to lie to you to try to keep this place without any reviews and I will be blasting it anywhere I have the opportunity to share .. People on fixed incomes or not shouldn’t have to trust they are giving their funds to a company who only looks to fatten their pockets off what little you have. Please don’t trust them .Make a post tell your family and friends lest one of them be taken by them. I hope everyone takes care and is able to make it past this horrid company.
