We Tested Anabei Sofa: What To Know Before You Buy
As someone who really love furniture and design, we know how tough it can be to find a great sofa that is worth your money. Anabei sofa
I got this couch for a couple of reasons: It was too good of a deal to pass up, price-wise, and I liked that the covers are easy to take off and wash. Plus, I really like how it looks. Here is my review after buying.

Buying And Assembling The Anabei Sofa
I had yet to see a real review of this couch and almost even canceled due to a sceptic on social media. However, customer service was quick to respond.
I recently got myself Anabei slipcover sofas from Anabei.com. The price I paid was a bit high, and the sofa itself has been a pleasant surprise. I opted for the performance velvet fabric, and I’m happy to say it’s actually stain-resistant, which is a huge relief for someone like me who’s a bit clumsy at times, especially with a family that’s not much better.
The assembly into two parts – first, putting together the frame itself, and then adding the final touches with the covers and pillows. When I was assembling the first frame module, I gotta admit, it did test my patience a bit, But I finally figured it out
One thing to note is that there’s no sliding at all, but remember, your flooring also plays a role here. I’m hoping it really lasts as promised.
Pros
- It’s affordable
- You can mix and match the parts to make it fit your space
- It’s really hard for spills and stains to ruin it
- The fabrics are great, and the bases are sturdy, which is good for us because we’re not small.
- It was easy to put together.
Cons
- They only offer one style of seating
- The cushions smelled bad at first, probably because of the foam inside.
- You can’t lie across the bars; they’re uncomfortable
How To Improve This Furniture
Cushions and Pillows: The cushions and pillows have removable memory foam pieces, but they’re a bit small. They tend to slide and sink into the less supportive middle area of the back of the frame. If they were larger, they’d fit better and provide more support. They also lose their shape easily, needing frequent adjustments.
Pillow Cases: I got too many back pillow cases and not enough arm pillow cases. One of the small arm pillows is in a large back pillow case, and it looks odd.
Overall: Despite these problems, I’m mostly happy with my purchase. Fixing these issues would make it perfect.
Pricing And Refund
You can order the sofa from Anabei without any risk. If you don’t like it, you can send it back within 30 days without any penalties. The starting price for a 3-seater sofa is $951.
Note: The money-back guarantee applies only to the FRAME – not the slipcovers.
Would We Buy Again?
Not exactly. My main worry about this sofa is how long it’ll last. I haven’t found any reviews from actual customers talking about how durable it is except on their official website. But here’s the good news: these sofas have a return policy that’s pretty amazing. If you’re not totally happy with it, you can send it back and get your money back within 30 days.
