Things You Should Know Before Shopping From Ashoktimber.com

Fake Business Address

The business address provided on this website as “Regions Harbert Plaza, 1901 6th Ave N #520, Birmingham, AL 35203, USA” is fake. The most popular places on this address are City Club Birmingham, 24e Health Clubs and Regions Harbert Plaza. This store is not one of them or anywhere close to the address. This is worrisome as customers will be impeded if and when there is need for return of any item.

The Website Has Zero Customer Support

The website email address [email protected] is not functional. Moreover, there is no phone number provided. All efforts to contact the customer agent has been futile.

Ridiculous Discount:

Ashoktimber is selling items for too good to be true prices. The discount margin is too large and unrealistic even on a sale. What this store simply does is use the cheap price to lure buyers. In reality, no legit store can offer such discount.

Lacks Security Measures:

The website isn’t risk-free, it isn’t secured with McAfee or Norton. The website is vulnerable to hackers who can tamper with customer’s personal and financial details.

  1. This website has the same “about” information as the lannywitch.com website. They have the same CEO picture as well. They have different physical addresses. The Lannywitch address is based in Florida and is Legit! Buyer BEWARE! No reviews and no social media either. Sounds like these might have the same “owners”.

  2. I found a website by that name that was a store selling all sorts of things. Among them was a vintage hollow body guitar for 47.50

But it listed 1000 available – not possible

I decided to call their listed number….HaHa ….It was not in service !!!!!

  3. I just attempted a purchase online of a drywall lift. But was scammed for a different purchase of $49.02 for jewelery from a company in the UK.

  4. I searched Google for a J200 guitar case, and the first result was a listing from Ashok timber.com; it appeared as a product/shopping suggestion. Because of the way it appears on Google, there is a sense that Google is promoting or vouching for the website and its authenticity, like “Wow! Google found a great deal!” but this is really fairly disturbing. How can this happen? It’s like Google is aiding in the scam.

  5. This webpage its a scam they stole the credit card numbers and made about 3 purchase and never received the item and they don’t ever pick up the phone and their email doesn’t work every time you send an email you get a notification about massage sent failure.
