Complete farse! My bad for not paying attention to the fact that there is no phone number or street address. Not only are the items on this site NOT made in the USA or shipped from the USA … they are worth about $ 1.50. Thankfully I paid through paypal and have been awarded my money back. I paid for 2 of these metal kinetic sculptures and they don’t work at all. We had Gale force wins and they’d ever moved. I wrote to the company and they said they would give me 50% off because they were unpackaged. I asked how I could see if they worked unless I took them out of the package. This is a total scam and I told them I would let everybody know no how inferior their products are
Same thing happened to me only I got no $$ back. Sad world we are living in today. No integrity, no honesty, just lots of thieves. It’s a shame!!!

My husband lovingly ordered this for me and my beautiful garden and when we got it he was incredibly disappointed not only that it doesn’t work correctly as stated in their advertisement it has been rusting the stick that is sitting on is a POS and don’t order any products from them Ever.
My husband’s intentions were noble, However you have to be careful all the time now, don’t buy any of their products!!!
I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order for one of these very cheap products that DO NOT WORK! Never again will I order anything online without doing more research on the company.

Agreed. I ordered two and another item as gifts. I emailed a number of times concerning a tracking number when they would arrive, finally given a tracking number & then another, that didn’t work. It took a month to receive & the other item ordered wasn’t included. Very disappointing as they were extremely small, flimsy & misrepresented. They did refund for the missing item. In my opinion Ball Sot is a Total rip.
