I have had such a horrible experience with this company and their unethical policies. Their founders talk about putting customers first and making items affordable- that couldn’t be farther from the truth. I’m on my second return with them- I can’t use the original coupon on a re-order, have to pay for shipping each time, and the quality of the dresses I received was so bad. The Sicily dress has a slip that barely covers my bum, the hem is uneven, and the fabric feels cheap. I tried to resolve via customer service and they pretty much told me too bad. The dress was also poor quality in my opinion. It’s so cute and a beautiful color, but within 2 hours of wearing it had snags throughout. Additionally, it stains SUPER easy. I dripped water on it after washing my hands and it dried with splotches.
