I got screwed with a similar fraud site. I took a chance because it used PayPal. I bought an guitar, what I received was a small padded envelope with children’s stickers inside, which had the shipping tracking # … on it! I filed a claim with PayPal, and those jerkoffs ruled that the transaction was legit because the tracking record showed I received the shipment!!! I had photos and screen snapshots of the entire mess, [internet listing, my order receipt and PayPal confirmation, the package [envelope] received w/trking#, but PayPal wasn’t interested. I thought PayPal was reputable… ????? WTF!
I am worried this is what will actually happen to me. Since besttoolsi have provided Paypal with a tracking number that shows delivered. Hopefully I will get the chance to prove my item ordered doesn’t fit in a mailbox.
GOING THROUGH THIS NOW STATED THAT I RECEIVED PACKAGE AND I DIDN’T. I ALSO TRIED CONTACTING THE EMAIL AND NO RESPONSE. NOTHING! I JUST PRAY WHOMEVER IT IS SCAMMING GETS CAUGHT!!!!
I wish that I’d found this site before I ordered that laptop. Well, they sent PayPal a Tracking Number that was in my hometown but it wasn’t to my address. PayPal found the dispute in their favor because of the bogus tracking number, which I’m sure the package contained DollarTree items instead of a $80 laptop.
Then I got Capital One involved. My money got reimbursed when I pulled out the big guns. PayPal is saying that they have no idea that these scams are taking place, and they don’t have any kind of ‘frequent flyer’ flags for Sellers that have multiple complaints in against them.
I had a similar experience too. PayPal said the item was delivered even though it was not received. It was for a dual screen designed for laptops on the go. The tracking number showed it was delivered but nothing was sent. PayPal needs to check their sellers for legitimacy before allowing them to use their services. Amazon does this so there is no excuse for PayPal not to do the same.
Close ur paypal account they are unethical
I ordered a document camera from them but have received no word as to when the item will ship. I have emailed all the emails associated with this online store Besttoolsi and the phone number is not a working number. Paid with paypal going to try to get my money back. Wish me luck.

I am having the same issue with this site. I ordered a rather large item, tracking says put in mailbox. I contacted Paypal and the seller provided a tracking number to Paypal, which was never provided to me, until after i made the claim to Paypal. I checked the tracking number from USPS on their website, and the item says it was delivered the day before I made my claim in my mailbox. I am waiting on a response from Paypal, since I notified them this was a scam site reported all over Google. I guarantee we will not get our money back, since they have a tracking number from USPS. I am still going to try to get my money back.
This happened to me also. I went to the LOCAL post office to get an address of where the parcel was delivered which will not be your address. They will provide a print out.. scan it and attach it to your paypal case number. It may not get our money back but it’s ammunition against Paypal siding with the seller.

Same story here. PayPal denied my case, since trucking number was provided. Mailbox had nothing that day. Item I ordered from this MF..ckers was an oversize heavy shed. There is no way USPS could leave it in the mailbox. DO NOT ORDER from internet store.
I stupidly ordered from this store, also. Should have realized it was a scam. I suggest anyone who is having trouble also log a complaint with Shopify, who is the host of besttoolsi.com. The morepeople who do it,the better the chance that Shopify will remove them from selling.
I made the same mistake and ordered a bike from this company. Luckily, paypal sided with me and I’m getting my money back. When I looked into my paypal, this email address came up as seller. It’s different than the one listed on the site. [email protected]
I’ve learned my lesson. I’ll just keep using Amazon from now on.

How did get PayPal to side with you? I’m having the exact same problem and gave a negative review with my PayPal dispute. I ordered two chairs and they gave PayPal a tracking number that said items were delivered to my mailbox. You can put two chairs in a mailbox! So frustrating. We are now trying to dispute with the bank to see if we can get our money back.
You are doing the right thing with the bank but to get paypal to side with you USPS customer affairs or your local postoffice will need to provide proof on their letter head that the item was either not delivered to your address ( paypal only goes by zipcode and the scammers know that) also USPS can give info of the weight of package or if it was just a letter. Don’t give up I made two such purchases and have gotten refunded for one and in process of refunded on the second. Please dont give up. Paypal knows this was a scam site now!
PayPal rep said if there will be more cases complaining about this seller, their account may be closed.
But since you all already complained, it should be enough cases to go ahead.
I think the problem is that PayPal sees different Seller ‘s name in their system, not BESTTOOLSI, as we discussing here.
That is why each case is like new to Pay Pal, my charge was from LIX HOLDINGS INC. What is yours ?

Mine was LIX HOLDINGS as well. I am still waiting for PayPal to make a decision on my case. I surely hope to keep it from happening to anyone else.
My Besttoolsi payment through Paypal also was made to LIX holdings Inc. Which gave a false tracking number and Paypal also decided againdt me. I provide Paypal with USPS case number and now Paypal wont respond to me !

I ordered a 24 inch girls bicycle contacted PayPal they stayed because I received a tracking number they could do nothing and denied my claim . The tracking number that was issued for my order was through the United States post office service they checked and said the tracking number was for another address and was only a piece of mail . I’ve used PayPal for many orders if they have let me down will not use them again and this company best tools is a non-existing company simply a fraud .
Got me too. Ordered through Besttoolsi used Paypal they paid LIX holding inc. Paypal relayed USPS tracking number for a 7ounce flat envelope that had been delivered a few streets over. I was expecting a lawn edger in a large box. Paypal ruled against me in a cautch 22. They want me to produce a Intra Form from USPS but USPS will not issue me an Intra form because “the tracking number information does not match my personal information” going to try working through my bank as Paypal has help center and resolution center have stopped answering me now for the past 4 days. And ive been perfectly civil with them.
How is PayPal able to deny all these claims, and still able to put that they have a resolution center, and clearly have a fraudulent company they are collecting money for? I haven’t been denied yet. I’m thinking that if I do it won’t matter, PayPal surely isn’t helping people. Maybe we should all expose PayPal’s fraud.

Thank you Renee.. My dispute (LIX Holdings) is still under review. Hopefully they will refund my purchase price, however, I am not confident in that outcome. I also had a claim denied from another seller. The problem is not only with PayPal but with Facebook advertisers and Sponsored sellers embedded in the Target website. You would think that Facebook and Target would screen their advertisers. Lesson learned.
It’s more that Paypal is very susceptible to this type of fraud as they do not look futrher than zipcode being correct when authenticating tracking numbers . Scammers know this. They could resolve with one pphone call but don’t. They are stuck in their methods. Work through USPS consumer affairs. It may take them a day or two to get back with you but after multiple conversations they are sending the written documents paypal is requiring .
How do you dispute PayPals ruling against you? They have ruled against me because of tracking number provided.
I would like to think I’m a pretty savvy shopper. I take lots of time to research an important product or service, investigate the seller details, and check for website reviews (usually with SiteJabber). But nothing bad came up for BestToolsi as far as I could tell. Too bad these posts weren’t available 3 weeks ago when I researched besttoolsi.myshopify.com; I could have saved 90 bucks! But then again, I should have listened more closely to my gut. Great price? Free shipping? Strange website name? Sketchy contact information? Conflicting locations between address and phone number? If it sounds (or looks) too good to be true… Buyer Beware!
I think we all feel the same way, I’m not worried that much about my money, I mean sure I hate I got scammed, but if I can save 1 other person from these people, that’s all I want, this site shut down.
Dont give up on getting your money back. Keep intouch with paypal if thats how you paid. You have months to get this staightened out. Also talk to your bamk mine considered it an unauthorzed transaction. Also Id like to think thru our efforts with filing complaints with FBI, FTC and USPS mail fraud WE WERE ABLE TO BRING DOWN THE BESTTOOLSI WEB SITE THIS WEEK! SO DONT GIVE UP.. Like most, I ordered, a wood chipper, waiting almost a month. Contacted PayPal to cancel the transaction. The original notice sent by PayPal said item was sent but no tracking number was provided. Resolution center at PayPal said it was delivered to my mailbox and provided a tracking number (?). A WOODCHIPPER IN THE MAILBOX??? PayPal denied my claim. Will call PayPal and try my credit card company also.

Never receive the item ..he said it was deliver and never was..talk to my mailman and he confirm that he never deliver a package like that. Look up his reviews and he’s been doing this for sometime, not sending the product. Scam !!!!
I also have been scammed by this fraud company and Paypal. I ordered a bicycle June 28th, got an order number and never got any shipping information. After 1 month of no shipping information I sent besttoolssi, 2 emails ([email protected]) asking for order update, never received an answer. I reached out to paypal since I had done the transaction through them and 2 days later they sent me a tracking number. No item was ever delivered/received. The tracking information said that the package was 2.9lbs. What bicycle you think weights 2.9lbs. I sent a message again to paypal telling them that package was never delivered (I have security cameras on my property and we had checked and no delivery for date and time tracking info). Paypal did not want to hear and said to take it up with UPS and closed the claim I had opened with them. When I contacted UPS they said they need all the info for the seller, I gave them the little info I had on this company (paypal would not disclose the seller information stating they were not allowed)and UPS said they could not help me with the information I had, that the package showed it had been delivered and closed the claim. I have been going in circles all week long and finally I have come to terms with the fact that I got SCAMMED by these low lives BESTTOOLSSI & PAYPAL. I cancelled my account with Paypal. Until everyone stops supporting Paypal, they will continue allowing these fraudalent companies steal our hard earned money. Everyone, listen up, PAYPAL DOES NOT VETTE COMPANIES THEY DO BUSINESS WITH. They are big CROOKS just like the disgusting fraud companies. Everyone has to stand together against PAYPAL and not do business with them. This is the only way they will understand that we will not stand for they way they treat the customer when they have been scammed.
