This is my first order, and I am not pleased at this point, it’s been 2 weeks and my shipment is still in the warehouse and they keep telling me they have not received the items. so i will wait to see how long its going to be.
I have not received a dress that I ordered. They took the money from my account, but no dress.
I ordered two dresses a month ago and still have not received them. This company is a scam. I will go to my bank to ask them to please reverse the charge.
Don’t do it! I placed an order on June 29th. On July 16th I received a small bag that had my 4 dresses crammed into it causing them to be a wrinkled mess. Three of the dresses fit. There was no invoice and no tags, which automatically means I can’t return them. They are paper thin; one already had a whole in the pocket. So, I spent $125 for one semi descent dress. Great! Run, don’t walk!
I ordered 4 items the qualjty is not up to par .The material is really thin out of the 4 I like one item .my order came in about 4 weeks. No tags no invoice Nothing like the picture I’m going to requset to refund or exchange if that doesn’t work. I will send to Good Will and chalk it up to A lesson learned about shopping online stores. #dissapointed .will update on the return/exchange policy.
I pace order three ago and keep receiving emails that its at ups I believe this company its fraud I will be contact the FBI and my Credit Union don’t buy from this company lesson to be lean.
