I paid thru PayPal and had to file a dispute because I didn’t get the product. I even went to the USPS office and got a tracking profile which clearly shows that the product was delivered to a completely different address. PayPal still ruled against me. I called PayPal Customer Service ((888) 221-1161) and asked them to reopen the case and review the tracking profile I had sent to them. Thankfully they reviewed it and reversed their decision. I GOT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! If you paid through PAYPAL and didn’t get your product you need to file a dispute or if they ruled against you ask them to reopen the case. Good luck. Hope you get your money back.

I just got my money refunded through PayPal. I received the email that stated it was delivered. I contacted my local postmaster general who researched it and told me it was a duplicate tracking number and another 4 ounce package was delivered to my area with the same number. I called PayPal and explained the situation and they immediately gave me a refund.
I just experienced the same thing. Ordered a grill for a gift and the item showed it was delivered to a totally different address than mine. The post office check into it for me and it was never delivered. I have a claim in with PayPal to recover my $99 and hopefully I get it back. Scams and people who scam good people suck.
I wish I had seen this review site before I ordered. Everything about this site indicates it’s Blackstone and their products. I checked out as a guest 7/28. I received an order confirmation from Blackstone then the payment confirmation showed up and was a PayPal with the seller information:

Which was odd because I didn’t have a PayPal account!
Then at 4:30 a.m. today, 7/30 I rec’d an email stating the product was delivered at 12:57 p.m. 7/28 which is a lie. I work from home in full view of my porch area AND I have security cameras on the porch so – bogus delivery confirmation. What’s worse, the delivery is USPS and that’s where the tracking was through so USPS is in cohoots with this Shalita Mixon character. Believe me – if something as big as two grills was delivered, there’d have been motion detected and I would have seen the delivery vehicle and person from my office window 10 ft from the porch looking outside and there wasn’t!
I have since called my credit card company, PayPal and have reported the site to Google.
I wish there was a way to flag this site better.
I too was scammed by this outfit . They sent PayPal a fake usps delivery receipt. So initially Palpal ruled against me. I called them and asked them to take another look especially at the fake delivery, they called the post office and found nothing was ever sent to me . They refunded my money .
