Even though I did receive a jacket purchased from them, it was nothing like the item that was advertised. A supposedly lamb skin turned out to be a very plastic looking, tight fitting joke. It could never be worn outside of the house.
A total waste of money. What looks to good to be true, is to good to be true.
Pearlfeet is another of these scams they charged us $75.00 and never delivered the merchandise. This is one of the reasons I now do extensive research prior to any online purchases.

The gloves pictures are mechanic gloves, while not a model im familiar with they are a middle/top of the road option and they list them for $10. They tried blurring out the name but it’s clearly mechanix. I own several pair of mechanix gloves… they aren’t $10. They should be but aren’t.
Ordered 15 items, charged for all, but when i received my package, only 11 delivered, all the “expensive” items were missing. Picking slip included had no mention of the missing items and those that were delivered were what i would amount to “rubbish”.

Their business address reflected on the official website was even fake. We just checked the location in UK and it’s a pharmacy . The return address written on the package is Ontario, Canada!

Fake Fed Ex number, no phone number, orders confused, billed for order right at order placement. Terrible reviews. I contested my charge on my CC. I will let these scammers fight Chase.
I made the mistake of ordering from blaroken,com; they had an ad on Youtube. The ad looked legit and the clothing items looked like quality.
I found out firstly that they don’t actually have many of the advertised items. They don’t tell you and you don’t find out until after the delivery arrives with items missing. The scammer uses the excuse that their supplier is behind because of shipper issues which is bull. They then offer to give you a credit on their website. If you push they’ll offer a refund for the undelivered items. It’s important to realize that they promise a 24hour or 72hour refund but actually may take a week or more; that’s if you actually receive your refund at all. If you didn’t use a payment option like Paypal or maybe VISA that has a resolution center, then you’re likely to never see your money again.
Secondly, they’re shipping from China and it takes almost a month for your items to arrive. The problem with that is their 30-day return policy starts from the date you ordered, not the date you receive the items. That means a store credit if they credit you at all.
Thirdly, the clothing items they send are made from the same fabric as cheap Halloween costumes are made from. In other words, it’s not really fabric like a standard t-shirt or pants are made from. If you hold the item up to a light or window during the day, you can see clearly through the fabric; the thread count is extremely low and the fabric snags and rips very easily. This is the case regardless of what item you ordered.
Fourth, the sizing of the clothing is not even in the ballpark of correct. I ordered an extra large; what they sent was a medium size with an XL (extra large) label sewn into it. I also ordered a large but the size was the same as the supposed extra large but had the L (large) label sewn in. I wouldn’t be surprised if they only make one size and are sewing different size labels into everything so they can pretend it’s a different size and claim after the fact that it must have been a mistake.
Fifth and final, realize that you will not get your entire refund back. Also know that they don’t issue return labels so if you are able to get them to give you a return address, which is hard to do, you are responsible for the shipping costs and if they claim to not have received the item, you won’t get a refund and because they’re in China, you don’t have any legal recourse.
As this article notes, this organization is a scam. Take this advice from someone who made the mistake before you and do not order from them. Also note that the cost of their items is basically the same as clothing stores that sell similar items. You work hard for your money, don’t allow lowlife scammers to trick you into giving it to them.

I bought over $150 of merchandise. The merchandise they sent was 3 sizes to small. It states on their website a full refund will be offer if not satisfied. The refund is not true. This is what they wrote back.

Reported as scam to PayPal and filed composite with SC attorney general as well as U.S FTC
Why PayPal allows companies like this to do business via their service is beyond me

I wish someone had warned me about this company before I did “business” with them. Total scam. Their ads all over the net, I can’t get away from them, even after I called them out for being a scam. STAY AWAY…YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR.
Don’t buy from blaroken. I bought 5 items 6 weeks ago. 2 items took a month. 2 more took 6 weeks. 1 still has not arrived. 3 of the shirts were the same shirt, same size but different colors. 1 fit great, 1 was way too tight, the third has not been delivered. I tried to return two items that are too small and they offered a 30% refund and I keep the items. When I said I want to return for a full refund they are being so difficult that it is not worth the $60. I’m just writing it off.
I recently made a small purchase with this company and wish I would have seen this before doing so. The items were supposed to be here exactly 1 week ago and there is no information I can find on my order the only proof I have is the charge to my credit card . Citi Bank is very helpful and i just officially disputed the charges . Like others I wish I had done my research. I ordered from them once previously and I got what I ordered, it was just slow to arrive.
This time 1 item was in the wrong color entirely – not a color I can wear. A second item was not even the right item at all. wrong colors, wrong print, etc. They did email me several times, but like one of the other reviewers they offered a refund that was significantly less than what they charged me for the items.
I warned them that I would dispute the charge if they didn’t credit me at least the full amount of the items that were not what I ordered. They refused so I disputed the ENTIRE charge (I work in banking).
I know that I’ll eventually have to pay for everything but the 2 items, but I also know that they don’t have a leg to stand on. The hassle of dealing with their bank who will initially freeze the entire amount before releasing all but the actual disputed amount will vastly exceed the difference between what they charged me and the smaller amount they offered as a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM BLAROKEN. They are dishonest and clearly intentionally intend to just have you get tired of dealing with them as opposed to doing what’s right. I won’t be surprised to hear at some point that they just simply stopped even shipping products.

Best bet is to just dispute the charge with your bank. Key things to tell your bank. They sent me the wrong items and are refusing to accept a return AND refusing to refund the amount of money they charged me for the items they failed to deliver. This is a clear violation of credit card processing rules. Your bank will issue you a provisional credit for the full amount, and then do an investigation. Ultimately they’ll reverse the credit, except for the amount you can prove was delivered erroneously. You’ll need the email receipt they sent you (or some other email where they admit they sent you the wrong things). Their customer service people were totally not helpful and acting like their hands are tied. The point though is that if they admit they sent you the wrong items, that is THE PROOF you need to dispute the charge. It is worth exchanging emails with them solely for the purpose of getting an email out of you in which they admit they sent the wrong item AND then they offer you a credit for less than what you paid. Based on comments here that is standard practice for them.
I did this and then told them I’d dispute it with my bank if they didn’t refund me. Even though they had already sent me two emails saying ‘Just keep it’ and ‘if you return it we will not process a refund’. They refused so I disputed it with my bank as promised. They then responded and said “We can only refund you if you return the items”. Turns out they can’t legally require under US law that you do so as a condition of refunding you for the items you ordered but did not receive. In reality they know the cost of return shipping the item with tracking is much greater than the refund you are seeking. They are betting you’ll figure that out and just give up. The good news though is that they had to send me their ph# and shipping address in case anyone here wants those things.
BTW, if you decide to return something to the address below, please understand they are actually just playing more games with you. They’ll claim they didn’t get it OR they’ll say it wasn’t returned within the 30 days since you ordered it. (Conveniently ignoring that it took more than 30 days to arrive from them) It is clearly a rip-off, but more insidiously they are intentionally buying another 30-60 days to ‘run-out’ the clock on your available time to dispute the transaction with your bank / credit card issuer. Also they are trying to create a paper trail for their bank’s investigation that you ‘agreed’ to their terms. DO NOT agree. You aren’t required by law to mail it back to them to get a refund, and you’ll only be hurting your chances of getting a refund from your bank. This isn’t just poor service. It is intentional scamming.
Lastly if you have had the problem where they don’t respond back to the emails you sent them, it is because they’ve manipulated the meta-data headers in the emails they send so that when you hit ‘reply’ in your email program it doesn’t actually stuff [email protected] into the recipient address. Instead it inserts your email address which makes you think you were cc’d. You have to type out their address explicitly in any email you send them. Again, just another example of their intentional dishonesty.

What a POS company…They never mention your items are shipping from China and will take 6-8 wks to arrive. My shipment never showed up and they wouldn’t do anything about it, saying the shippers are in my country and they have no control over them, so too bad, so sad for you. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!

Blaroken is a scam or at the very least very SHADY. I placed an order August 15th 2021. They ffg I’d have a company address buy it was under Aober UK Limited in the United Kingdom. They also had a live # 1-805-608-5406 which when called shows a California #. I went online after placing order and saw all bad reviews etc….Even watched a Youtube video Scam or legit but company was apparently out of China. So I went back to website and put in to cancel order immediately. At the refund window said I would get back $74.23 out of the $110.38 that I spent. Then I called that number and I got a person of INDIA ethnicity said I PLEADED a laptop to request a refund. I stated i only had my smartphone. Then he ask me what make and model phone i had and i stated…”hell no this is a scam and immediately hung up.” So i called my bank to dispute the transaction and will ne refunded my money from my bank. So i would definitely advise not to deal with this so called company. VERY SHADY TO SAY THE LEAST….
Yea, sadly all that I read above appears to be true. Crappy quality, sending wrong sizes. Apologetic responses to my problem, but in the end, mail their junk back to them in China at your expense, (when the return address was in New York) and each Email response from them offered a different return address and no authorization for returns either, just send it back and they will review -if- they will give a refund. I would suppose snow ball trees will grow faster in hell than you will get a refund. Scam for sure, stay away!
I ordered from them… got the 11 shirts I ordered and was really excited to get them. However when they arrived I was really disappointed. They claimed to be a cotton blend. Nope. They were all a shiny spandex material and the colours were all wrong. They were a cheap imitation of the ones shown at a distance on the website. I asked for a return, and it was after the fourth email of sending pics, proving why, and a nominal discount offer to keep them (which was not an option), finally I was given a return shipping address in CHINA! This cost me $75 to return something that was a none of my fault. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I hope at least someone can gain from my loss.
Update….. After over 4 months of waiting for my articles to be received (in China), it was stated that the package is now being returned to me, as it was undeliverable! I emailed and asked for my money back as I addressed it exactly as I was instructed. The post office said the address looked weird…. I am a firm believer that that address was just meant to delay, and for some, give up. I am now meant to spend ANOTHER $75 to try again??? I don’t think so. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
I saw the jacket on Pinterest, and thought nice jacket, and ordered the jacket, paid around 75 euros. On delivery, it was a totally different jacket. Searched on the internet where company is located in China.
I paid the jacket with PayPal through PayPal chat, I could Zhongtang Warehouse deal. I demanded full amount back, they did not do that, send jacket back cost +- 35 euros shipping from Europe or 45 euros back on PayPal account without sending the jacket.
