My Experience Wearing The Bossa Hearing Aids
I got Bossa hearing aid and shipping took 5 days, upon delivery, I was surprised of the size. They are not quite as small as advertised. Barely fit in my ear even with the smallest cover. I was just hoping it would be more inconspicuous.
The amplication part isn’t that bad, however I was expecting better volume-wise. Maybe I shouldn’t have had high expectations. As for the background Noise Reduction, I could still hear the sound on the TV even when I lowered it, so it pretty much doesn’t work as advertised.
When I tried contacting the company for a refund as it didn’t meet the quality I expected, they refused even when the website clearly said ’45 days money back guarantee’.
I’ve been going back and forth with the customer service and they’ve not been helpful or saying something tangible. Meanwhile, when I checked their Better Business Bureau page, I saw similar complaints.

- The TX-1 hearing aid is larger than the picture despite their claim that “nobody will know you’re wearing hearing aids.”

Are Bossa Hearing Aids A Scam?
In my honest opinion, I’ll say they are a scam. My experience and that of other users proves that the hearing aids sold by Bossa does not work. Also, the company uses deceptive marketing to lure buyers, and refused to grant refund even before the 45 days elapse.
I purchased these in the hope they would help my hearing loss, but because of my tinnitus they did not. I returned them for a refund and now more than two months later I still have not received it, even though I have sent numerous emails asking why it had been taking so long. They have responding numerous times asking for my patience. It’s gone! I would not recommend buying their product should you need to return them for any reason. “Caveat Emptor!”

Just like Audious Hearing Aid, Bossa hearing aids is a rechargeable hearing device that claims to improve your hearing. However, when i tried it out, it did nothing for me. If I’m to rate Bossa hearing aid, I’ll give them a 2 out of 5.
