I came across these people through a Facebook advertisement and was considering ordering some masks then came across a video on IG so I decided to email them before I purchased anything and Amanda was very helpful even gave me a coupon code to use! I got my mask yesterday and I must admit the mask are great quality. I 10000% believe in exposing scam companies but from my personal experience I am pleasantly surprised!
Briova One its a very good company, i have ordered twice from them and received both of my orders in 2 days will definitely recommend, their customer service is amazing and answered all my concerns.
I ordered masks from them at high cost. They arrived today. But they were not the same masks they had advertised. I do HATE BEING LIED TO by online companies.
I was lied to. They lie about what is pictured. Liars.
I’ve been waiting for over a week now for these masks and they just sent me a tracking number which doesn’t work because they haven’t gotten the merchandise to the usps DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Same thing, I ordered on 4/7/2020 and got a tracking number and I still haven’t received anything because usps never got the shipment. I emailed them twice and haven’t heard from them.

I ordered from them more then once already and all my orders have been the exact mask they advertised in their post. I’m very happy briova one and have recommended them to all my family and friends.
I feel the same way. Nothing like what is advertised! The elastic barely goes around my ears. SMH
I received my mask today, I’m not impressed. The filter valve allows full airflow. I will have to wear this with another layer of covering.

How we know your a legit customer and what country do you live in
You asked Penny and someone name Pat answered. Hmmm. The same thing happened to me. Item never arrived to post office. I reported to PayPal then next day all of the sudden item arrives to post office. Someone scammed me on Walmart.com. I ordered on the 3rd and it’s the 23rd and item still never got to post office. They create labels and that’s it. I reported them as well and got my money back.
Hi there, I actually did a water and a fire test with the filter part, and it seems to only be a one way valve filter allowing you to breathe air and heat out, but no particles in. I was skeptical too, bc I’m a nurse but these actually passed every quality test I did.

Update: I bought using PayPal originally. After no reply to emails directly to the company, I put in a claim With PayPal today. The email that was sent to the company through PayPal Received a response within the hour saying the order was being processed. I sent another email back and said you told me this on April 12. In an hour I received tracking Information showing USPS has my package. Wonder why they couldn’t respond before I had to go through all the nonsense. Now to see when they arrive.
I ordered & I got them within the promised time frame. I got one usps tracking number and it took forever and I was getting nervous, but got a second updated tracking number and they are as shown in picture. They don’t seem as sturdy as my 3M 95 masks but they work.
My first 5-mask order came pretty quick; but since the pandemic has worsened, my second order is taking nearly triple the time to ship. The KN95 masks appear to be good quality.
I purchased mask from them… I don’t trust them!!! Every single package that contained the mask was open and they cut it discreetly so I wouldn’t notice. Will not use mask for all I know they can be used or fakes and they just used the kn95 wrapper.

I found their fb ad. I was sceptical, but ordered anyway. The other masks suffocate me. This company is legit. I got my order in 7 days from order. The mask is comfortable. I work in a grocery store, and i have to wear a mask for 8 hours. These cost more, but the fact that i can breath in them makes it worth it. I even reordered a second batch.
I discovered them on Facebook and was hesitant as I ordered elsewhere due to Facebook sponsoring and was not satisfied. Anyway, Briova One delivered on the promised timeframe, they had responsive customer service, and the masks were what I expected of the KN95 masks made in Asia but at a slightly lower price than what I found locally. I have no issues at all with them. Ordered a second round of masks that shipped even faster. This is a straight up review. No compensation of any kind for this review. If they were bogus, trust this, I would blast them.
I ordered these masks on May 5th. They were at my post office on May 15th. They seem to be exactly as described. These are actually one of the most comfortable masks I own.
I wear masks for 8 hours a day and these so far are the best.

I originally saw the add for Briova One on Facebook. I was initially wary, but after doing a little research decided to give them a try. My KN95 masks came in exactly 4 days, and were exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely use this company again for more masks!

I ordered the 10 pack of mask and I’m very happy! About to order 10 more! They came sure fast! I did the lighter test and was not able to blow out my light while wearing the mask the correct way or upside down!
Briova one is indeed a scam. They sell counterfeit KN95 masks. I have posted comments warning people and they deleted everything, including blocking my account from commenting. There are a lot of essential workers who concern me. Who purchase from this scam site thinking they’re purchasing a safe mask for Frontline work. They’re being lied to. Please do your research and do not buy from this site.
I ordered my mask from Briova one and received my order within days. Each mask was individually packed. They are extremely comfortable and they passed the test when I tried to blow out a candle. I will definitely order again!!

I have purchased 10 masks from briovaone.com and paid with PayPal ,they arrived in 3-4 biz days. Masks are as it was advertised and 4 or my friends ordered the masks as well and they are happy and been using it for about 4 weeks now and looks like it’s has pretty good protection.
Ordered 3 months ago and still have not received my order. They’re not good at responding to emails.
I reply an ad selling sandals that fit for bunion feet. I bought two pairs. The phone number and tracking number they provided both does not exist.
I am beginning to think this is the same as the one sold me very expensive masks last May this year. 5 pairs of masks costs $160.00 plus I bought a thermometer costs $55.00. They are scams. Name of their company is Liquid Earth. While the name of the one selling scam sandals is Briovaone (posture revival)
