Are You Safe If You Use PayPal To Make Purchase From Chenye.shop

No, you’re not. Using PayPal does not guarantee a quick refund these days.

Some of these suspicious stores exploit a major issue with PayPal’s system. PayPal sees this as a complete transaction and almost impossible to dispute.

  1. Definitely a Scam never got my items they blames it on logistics. They claim my items were delivered and someone signed but couldn’t tell me where it delivered to or who signed and will not refund my money. Told me I could reorder and pay for shipping again I WILL NOT!!!

  2. I’m having the same exact problems/issues/complaints with this company. I placed my order with this company on May 19, 2023 & wrote to this company on July 22, 2023 complaining about where is my order. I emailed my order number & tracking number (which I couldn’t personally could not track on my own) Within almost 24 hours I received an email from “Customer Service” stating the same exact words “my order was delivered”, “someone signed it”, “check with who I lived with & check to see who signed for it” & “they will check with logistics and get back with me “!! I wrote them back & told them that & no one else have received NOTHING from them!! They had the nerve to respond by stating that I had received someone else’s order of a “Ring” & my “large Order” was delivered to that person!! I emailed them back because by then I had looked them up & found this website & told them that their company is a FRAUD!! I wanted to let them know that I was aware of this website!! I also share with them that I will be reporting this matter at hand to my bank!! Along with me possibly contacting my lawyer & file a suit against them & possibly start in a Class Action Lawsuit against them!!
