Followed a Facebook link to a site (coolersales.shop) advertising RTIC brand coolers for over 90% off retail price. Prior to entering my credit card info, I emailed customer service inquiring about the legitimacy of their business and received a prompt response assuring me that they were. However, after making payment I’ve not been able to reach the store. I’m yet to receive a confirmation mail or tracking info. It’s obvious that I’ve been scammed. Right now, I’m trying to dispute the transaction via my bank.

On the website, the coolers have five star ratings supposedly from buyers. However, the five stars were not generated by customers, but automatically placed there by to deceive people.
