CoolerSales.shop Reviews: Scam RTIC Website Offering 90% Discount
Have you come across CoolerSales.shop summer clearance sale? Beware! CoolerSales.shop is a scam website that uses RTIC logo and brand to scam unsuspecting costumers. This fake store is offering 90% summer clearance sale on RTIC coolers, but when buyers make a purchase they don’t receive their order. Below are reasons why you should avoid CoolerSales Shop at all costs.
Suspicious Reasons Why You Should Not Shop From CoolerSales.shop
It’s Impersonating RTIC Brand & Logo
CoolerSales.shop is pretending to be a RTIC Outlet whereas it’s not. The website design, policy, About Us, were copied from the original RTIC cooler website ‘Rticoutdoors.com‘. RTIC is currently not offering Summer clearance sale. So obviously, CoolerSales.shop is a fake RTIC website.
CoolerSales.shop Consumer Reports
Alfred, Male, 32, has been unable to get a tracking details or refund after placing an order on the website. See his complaint below –
Followed a Facebook link to a site (coolersales.shop) advertising RTIC brand coolers for over 90% off retail price. Prior to entering my credit card info, I emailed customer service inquiring about the legitimacy of their business and received a prompt response assuring me that they were. However, after making payment I’ve not been able to reach the store. I’m yet to receive a confirmation mail or tracking info. It’s obvious that I’ve been scammed. Right now, I’m trying to dispute the transaction via my bank.

Fake Business Address
The address provided on the Contact page is a fake address that does not belong to the legit RTIC company. Meanwhile, this same address ’30 N GOULD ST STE R, Suite R, Sheridan, WY, US.’ has been flagged as scam by the Sheridan Press, as it has been used by lots of fraudulent businesses.
Fake Customer Ratings
On the website, the coolers have five star ratings supposedly from buyers. However, the five stars were not generated by customers, but automatically placed there by to deceive people. The ratings are non-clickable, and don’t lead to review pages. This is just a sales tactic used by dishonest online stores.
Poor Customer Support
CoolerSales.shop has not provided a working email with which they can be reached. Mails sent to the email address ‘[email protected]’ have not been responded to even when marked ‘Urgent’.
It’s a Recently Registered Website
According to who.is (a domain checker tool) the website CoolerSales.shop’ was registered on 19th August 2023. This means it has been open for barely few days. So the store has no reputation and could easily shut down any time.
Are You Safe If You Use PayPal To Make Purchase From CoolerSales.shop?
You’re not totally safe. These days, using PayPal does not guarantee a quick refund. Fraudulent stores like this one, exploit a major issue with PayPal’s system. You purchase the item, a few days later they find a tracking number that has shipped to your area (completely unrelated to you or your item) and then they post this tracking number into your PayPal transaction. PayPal sees this as a complete transaction and almost impossible to dispute.
3 Things You Should Do If You’ve Already Shopped From CoolerSales.shop
The first thing you should do is; contact your bank or financial institution to cancel the transaction. If you do this quickly, you can get a chargeback immediately. However, in the case of completed transaction, you should file a dispute claim.
The second step you should take is updating your passwords. This should be done if you’ve used the same password on other websites or applications. You should also go an extra step of enabling two-factor authentication.
Thirdly, beware of any fraudulent email from this store. Do not click on any suspicious link in the email, as it could be a phishing email. Clicking on the link might install malware on your phone which could compromise your device’s security.
Conclusion:
CoolerSales.shop is a scam website that you should avoid at all costs. This fraudulent online shopping site is not affiliated with the RTIC company but rather owned by scammers whose aim is to steal from costumers. Once a consumer pays for an item, the store does not send the item or grant refunds.

Aloha,
I wish u seen your review sooner. However, when I tried to complete the transaction it said something to the effect that it didn’t go through- something about invalid or repeated action. Anyway, I’ve been checking my card and my bank is closed today- any suggestion or advice would be great aside from this article.
