Is CoolSculpting Better Than Lipsuction? Here Is My CoolSculpting Review
Want to know about Coolsculpting? How does it freeze away fat without surgery, and how does it compare to traditional liposuction? I tried this procedure , Here is my honest CoolSculpting review.
Overview Of CoolSculpting
So CoolSculpting is a way to get rid of stubborn fat by freezing it without surgery. It helps to reshape your body where exercise and diet haven’t worked.
My CoolSculpting Experience
I went back and forth about CoolSculpting for quite some time because of the negative reviews on Reddit. But I thought I would give it a try. Here is my before and after experience.
I got the tummy, chin and stomach, then the next day we did my upper arms. I am one day post and right now just very swollen.. I’m kind of worried but I hope it was worth it. The procedure is just like all of the reviews. They suction on to the area of fat and then it’s extremely uncomfortable for a few minutes and then you go numb. It wasn’t painful at all.
The worst part is as soon as they take the machine off and you burn. It goes away after a few minutes as well. One day post up I’m slightly sore mostly in the upper abdomen. I did get the diarrhea they warned. It lasted only a few hours. I felt a little nauseous after the arm treatment. So far I would go through it again. I’m just hoping the results are good for the price. I just had some stubborn areas that just won’t budge. was super nice I loved her though. I recommend that office.

My stomach hardened and grew twice or three times the size it was before I had cool sculpting done. I have a huge fat hard lump…the surgeon said the hardened fat can’t be liposuctioned out and the only way to correct is with surgery…this solution will cost me well over $30,000.”

Better Alternatives To CoolSculpting
If you’re thinking of an effective way to lose weight. The first thing you should think of doing is;
Adding cardio exercises to your Workout routine
I recommend walking, as it did wonders for me. For best results, try to fit in at least 20–40 minutes of daily — or about 150–300 minutes per week. Other forms of cardio that are as much effective as walking are; jogging, boxing, biking, swimming, etc. They can boost weight loss fast.
Cut Down On Refined Carbs
Replace refined carbs like white bread, breakfast cereals, and heavily processed packaged foods with whole grain products like quinoa, oats, brown rice, and barley.
Eat More Fiber and Protein
Fiber is a nutrient that moves through your body undigested, helping to stabilize blood sugar, slow stomach emptying, and keep you feeling full longer. Meanwhile, increasing your intake of protein can help you lose weight by reducing your appetite and cutting your calorie consumption.
Conclusion
