I Tried Cortexi Drops: Does It Work For Tinnitus? Honest Review
You must have come across lots of promotional articles on your search for Cortexi reviews. Like you, I was hooked by the promises in the articles. Sadly, the claims are far from being true. I Bought and used Cortexi drops for 30 days, here’s my honest review.
Overview Of Cortexi Drops
Cortexi ear drops which is sold on Amazon and trycortexi.com is a liquid supplement that allegedly stops ringing in ear and improve hearing. The manufacturer claims the supplement is packed with ingredients that can help you maintain good hearing health” and “tinnitus and poor connection between the brain and the eardrum are all eliminated”
The ingredients listed on the label are ; Grape Seed, Green Tea, Gymnema Sylvestre, Capsicum Annuum, Panax Ginseng, Astragalus, Chromium Picolinate, and Maca Root.
What I Noticed After Using Cortexi Drops
I was really hopeful when I ordered this product, especially after reading all the reviews and hoping it would help with my tinnitus and the anxiety it brings. I decided to start with just one bottle because there was still that little voice in my head warning me it could be a scam.
The product finally arrived in Canada after two weeks, and when I opened the box, all I found was the lone bottle wrapped in bubble wrap. There was no information on the product, no recommended dosage amount, and the dropper had no measurements, so I had no idea how much I was supposed to use. Some sources said to take it twice daily, while others said once. I did some calculations and figured 1 ml equaled roughly 20 drops, and since the bottle contained 60 ml, I assumed twice a day was the right dosage for a month.
Fast forward to week 4, and I haven’t seen any improvement in my tinnitus. Now, I’m faced with a dilemma. Do I risk spending more money to continue taking it for the full six months as recommended for “treatment,” only to potentially have to fight for a refund if it doesn’t work? It’s frustrating because so far, this product has done nothing to help my tinnitus. After using it for two months, it feels like eating an apple might been better.
Pros:
- It is available for sale on Amazon
Cons
- There’s no dosage instructions
- The dropper has no measurements
- I saw no improvement in my tinnitus.
- The company’s promise of a refund is false
Is Cortexi a Scam or Legit Product?
From my experience, it is a scam. It did not stop the ringing in my ears or improve my hearing. Lots of users also believe they’ve been scammed as they saw no positive result even after taking Cortexi for two months. A customer report said
Ok so I have been using this for almost 3 months and I must say that I am very disappointed that I haven’t received any relief from my tinnitus. I had so much hope for relief and am sadly disappointed. Not surprised but still disappointed.

What You Must Know Before Buying Cortexi Drops
So if you are hoping to buy this product, these are basically few things you should be aware of, they include
Terrible Refund Policy
They company claims to give you a 60 days money back guarantee if it doesn’t work for you. So, when it turns out that the product didn’t do a thing for me, I thought, “Great, at least I can get my money back.” But guess what? They don’t follow through on their promises.
Customer Compliants
Customer reports on Trustpilot have reported a total waste of their money and how the product is a total hoax which didn’t work for them. A user said
Don’t waste your money. This does not work. I purchased it for my wife who has been taking it for over two months and her condition has not improved at all.

Side Effects
Some folks who’ve used this product experienced tummy issues like gas, bloating, and nausea. They also had sweating, runny noses, and, in some cases, headaches and anemia (not having enough healthy blood cells). It can even mess with how your body absorbs other meds and make your skin itchy. So, while it promises relief, it can come with some not-so-fun side effects.
How To Take Cortexi
Using Cortexi is simple:
- Dropper: Each Cortexi bottle includes a dropper.
- Dosage: Take one full dropper (equivalent to 1 ml) in the morning before breakfast and another one before lunch.
- Options: You can take it directly or mix the liquid with water or your preferred beverage.
Conclusion
Cortexi claims to eliminate tinnitus and improve hearing loss, however its efficacy is yet to be established. Lots of users like myself still battle with tinnitus even after taking the Cortexi drops for months. Just like Ezricare, Cortexi does not work. It is just a snake oil.
