Cotosen is an online fashion store that was launched in September 2020. The store caters to men’s fashion items and outdoor gears for snowboarding and trekking. Its rich collection of tops, bottoms, footwear, and accessories are been sold at massive discounts.

Sadly, though Cotosen has been operating for more than a year now, it has a bad reputation online. Reviews on TrustPilot, Scampulse, Cotosen, Trust Mama, lean towards the negative side. Below is one of the experiences of a customer –

Terrible company. Clothes are cheap and look NOTHING like the photo’s once delivered.. BEWARE CHINA COMPANY and sizes and styles DO NOT REFLECT PICTURES PLUS THERE ARE NO RETURNS DESPITE WHAT THEY SAY ON THIER WEBPAGE> THEY Will not contact you back with instructions!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Fake Shipping & Delivery Info

Cotosen creates the impression that its physical store or warehouse is located in UK. However, this is not so. The product comes from a company in China called Yoyofashion. People who shopped from this store had to wait for weeks or months even before their order was finally delivered.

No Refunds

This store’s refund and exchange policy is just a sham. In reality there’s no way to get your money back as the customer service don’t reply mails.

Poor Product Quality

Just like typical Chinese products, Cotosen fashion wears are a cheap imitation of the image on the website. Customers complained of receiving inferior products that were unlike the pictures on cotosen.com. See what a customer has to say –

Cotosen does not grant refunds or returns, their shipping schedule sucks, and their customer service is complete BS.
