Overview of Dainely Belt
The Dainely Belt is a breathable lower back support belt for women and men. When worn, it provides stability to the base of the spine and acts as an external ligament to help put the Sacroiliac Joint back into a normal range of motion.
Curious, I decided to order and see if it would work on my lower back pain which I’ve had ever since my ceaseran section.
My Experience Using Dainely Belt for My Back Pain
My order from Dainelylab.com came all the way from Wuhan China instead of Europe, so it took four weeks to arrive. When it did arrive, the belt had an unpleasant smell as if it was made with strong chemicals. Aside that, during the first week my lower back pain reduced. I was able to sit for hours without feeling any pain or discomfort of any kind.
However, after a few weeks, the Velcro on the belt becomes worn so the belt doesn’t fasten correctly and keeps springing back. I wasn’t expecting this to happen this soon, especially as this back belt is quite pricey compared to others in the market.
I paid $39.95 to Dainely, believing their marketing, that theirs was a superior product. But it is in fact, identical to an AliExpress package. I can get this from AliExpress for less that $10 (approx. 3 weeks delivery), or from Amazon for $22 and receive it in 2 days.

- The belt should be worn around the hips and pelvis not around the back
- Make sure the belt is snug but not too tight
Does Dainely Belt Really Work for Back Pain & Sciatica?
The Dainely belt did work for me as I saw relief from my lower back pain. However, it didn’t last long due to the quality of the belt. For faster results you should wear daily with slight position change as needed.

Dainelylab.com presently has a 3.8 ratings on Trustpilot. Just like my experience, majority of the complaints are as a result of the belt’s quality, it being manufactured and shipped from China, and shipping delays. See complaints below –
I ordered a belt on 13th May its now 9th June and still not arrived, they keep sending me updates on the tracking but nothing is changing. Not happy at all.

The belt constantly falls off at the most inappropriate times in public. The velcro is obviously cheap quality as it does not stick well. The company asked for a picture of it though I fail to see what taking a picture can do? Poor quality, I was expecting much better but sadly I am very disappointed in the quality and customer service.

Conclusion:
Dainely Belt helped relieve my lower back pain which I’ve had since my caesarean section. However, the Velcro isn’t strong and started digging into my skin after few weeks. If I’m to rate Dainely Belt, I’ll give it a 5 over 10. This is because aside the efficacy of the belt, the company has some drawbacks like deceptive marketing, shady return policy, and delayed shipping (I didn’t expect the product to come all the way from Wuhan China).
