Deluxe skin laser removal is a device that uses IPL (Intense Pulsed Light technology) to apply very gentle pulses of light to hair root. This makes the hair go into its resting phase: the hair you have falls out, and gradually your body grows less hair in that area.

My Experience Using Deluxe Skin Hair Removal IPL

First the DeluxeSkin website ‘deluxeskin.co’ said free 4-5 day shipping. However, it took 20 days until I received the product. I emailed them multiple times while anxiously waiting for the product but their response always came after two days.

When I finally received the product it came from China then from a bogus address in Illinois. The packaging and item did not say DeluxeSkin anywhere. The instructions in side were clearly poorly translated into English.

The directions were different than online and had additionally user warnings and said could not be used on the bikini line which on the DeluxeSkin website said that it could be used. Also it said that you couldn’t use the product when “during menstruation, pregnant, or breastfeeding” along with other health warnings.

Meanwhile, I used it for less than 2 mins before it stopped working. I have emailed the company asking for a refund, but I got no reply. Even tried leaving a review on their website but not possible

• It is very expensive. The same product is sold for half of its price elsewhere
• Just like Bleame, the device stopped working after second use
• Deluxe Skin company refused to grant refunds
• It took more than three weeks before it was delivered to me

Conclusion

Deluxe skin hair removal is a good option for home laser hair removal. However, it’s quite expensive compared to similar make sold on Amazon. Meanwhile, the online store selling this product has some drawbacks that need to be looked into. The customer support is terrible, shipping & delivery takes weeks, and the website does not grant refunds. If I’m to rate this IPL Laser hair removal device, I’ll give it a 4 over 10 due to the mentioned flaws.
