My Brief Experience With The Dormeo Mattress Topper
I needed a super firm mattress for my back issues, but my husband found it too uncomfortable. I looked at mattress toppers, but they were either too pricey or not sturdy enough. Then I saw that Consumer Reports liked the Dormeo alongside the Tv offer, I gave it a shot and ordered from dormeo.com.
I’ve had this topper for 2 weeks now and followed the instructions by flipping it weekly. At first, the cover moved around a bit and wasn’t as comfy as my old one. I almost sent it back, but the instructions said it might take a while to feel the difference.
By the second week, after flipping it, it did start to feel better. I’m hoping it’ll get even more comfy in the next few weeks. It was a bit expensive, but it seems well-made and should last a long time.

Downsides
In my experience, this mattress topper doesn’t meet the expectations set by its price tag. Despite being marketed as a cooling solution, it fails to deliver on that promise. Moreover, it lacks the level of comfort I’ve come to expect from similar products. I anticipated it would provide both support and comfort, but unfortunately, it falls short on both fronts.
After using it for a couple of weeks, I’ve found it to be hit-or-miss in terms of comfort. Sometimes it’s okay, but other times it’s just uncomfortable. It hasn’t helped with my back or hip pain, and my sleep hasn’t gotten any better. Also, it’s not as thick as they say it is, and it’s a pain to keep in place without the straps.
The foam inside feels stiff and doesn’t give me the support I need. Even though it squishes down when I lie on it, it’s still not comfy.

Ordered on 29th December 2023, emailed them twice for an update, no response, Shocking customer service. Order Number 000533068. I want to know a delivery Date. Responded to my 4th email only to inform me I had to wait 28 Days. It is now the 23rd Day and still no delivery date or tracking number.
I should have investigated Dormeo, never again and if anybody mentions them to me I will let them know of my experience,Ordered a mattress 23jan with 6 wks delivery time nearly 6 months later still nothing and don’t know if coming. Can’t even get my money back I have motor neurons so £400 alot of money to me just wanted a nice mattress don’t think I’m going to get or money Can’t afford to pay for another one so angry. And to add insult had email from them telling me of new deals and with 6 wks delivery this must be fraud

It took 3 months to arrive & is quite dangerous as the mattress moves so much my partner fell off the bed.
It says that it keep you cool but it’s the opposite, it feel like it’s cooking you. Also 60 day money back guarantee is a joke. I had to send it back due to the faults & they are charging me £39.99 to return it.

Would I buy another Dormeo?
Maybe, I was really disappointed by because sleeping on it is nothing at all like the hype. Also the advertised ‘free’ pillow was not delivered as part the order!. I called Dormeo Customer Services and told the free pillow was not applicable to my order despite it being advertised online at point of purchase AND in the booklet received with my mattress topper.

Finally, If you just want a mattress topper that helps you sleep better by giving you good support, you might want to consider other Mattress Topper brands. This is because the dormeo mattress topper is overrated and overpriced in my opinion.
