I ordered two outdoor lightbulb cameras and two data storage devices from this company. They charged my credit card right away, I never got those data cards, and the cameras just didn’t work for my needs.

I reached out to the company, explained the situation, and asked for a return label. I didn’t want the products, plus they didn’t even fit my outdoor light fixtures. They told me not to send the items back and said they’d give me a gift card instead of a bank refund.

I decided to send the cameras back, and they did refund the money for those. However, they flat-out refused to refund me for those missing data storage cards, claiming they’d sent them (which I never received). When I checked my credit card statement, I discovered that they charged me over $203 in total charges (split into $118.45, $69.90, and $14.95). They did refund me $98, but that still left me missing $105.

And that’s not all. They kept sending spam from other companies, despite my attempts to unsubscribe. I even wrote directly to them, asking to be completely removed from all their spam.

Turns out, somewhere in the fine print, you unknowingly agree to keep paying them this fees every month until you catch on and cancel your card.
