My Experience Buying and Wearing Dotmalls Posture Correcting bra
I placed my order for the posture correcting bra on 20th June 2023 via dotmalls.com. Surprisingly, after receiving confirmation email, I was sent a tracking info that showed the bra is coming from China. I wasn’t expecting it to come all the way from China.
Three weeks later, my bra arrived and I discovered that it wasn’t my exact size, even though I followed the sizing chart on dotmalls.com. As a result of this , it ended up being a bit tight and constricting. Aside that, I noticed that the bra is not up to the quality that is displayed on the website.
First of all, the material itself isn’t that strong. The cups are so thin I’ll have to buy some covers to be able to wear it, if it fits. Secondly, because the bra isn’t my usual size, I had a little difficulty fastening it. Meanwhile, it couldn’t pull my shoulders back. So there was actually no change in my posture.
When I tried contacting the store for returns/refunds, I was told they only accept returns if I ship it back to China, which is very expensive.

Dotmalls.comships the order immediately, however due to the distance, the delivery takes two to three weeks. In my experience, my package finally arrived after 19 days.

Don’t bother. The quality of the product is terrible. I will throw them in the garbage before even considering donating. Is Dotmalls.com Scam?
No, Dotmalls.com is not really a scam per se. However, the store has lots of red flags that makes it an untrustworthy place to shop from. This store doesn’t deliver quality items to customers, or grant refunds. There’s also the issue of wrong size chart, delayed delivery and unavailable customer support.
Conclusion:
Dotmalls bra which is sold at dotmalls.com is of medium quality and standard. Just like Lacybra, dotmalls posture correcting bra is made of very cheap material, and couldn’t improve my posture. However, for the price, I shouldn’t have had high expectations.

Use secure methods of payment that protect the buyer – payments portals like PayPal make it easy to get your money back.
