Eelhoe Collagen Boost Anti Aging Serum – Is It Worth Your Money?

Eelhoe Collagen boost is a serum that allegedly delays skin aging. It is said to contain active ingredients that provide elasticity to the skin, making the skin to be firm and not sag early. According to the product description, it solves most of your skin problems, like wrinkles, fine lines, and dull skin.

The product has the following ingredients- Matrixyl 3000, Hyaluronic acid, Ceramides, Vitamin C , etc. All these which work toward stimulating the production of new collagen-a protein. This in turn makes skin to appear plump and firm.

Sounds interesting right? However I doubt if the ingredients listed in the bottle are actually inside the serum.

Is Eelhoe Collagen Boost Anti Aging Serum a Scam?

My problem with Eelhoe Collagen is that it’s filled with empty promises. First of all, it’s not scientifically possible for collagen to be absorbed or penetrate the skin from the outside. “Collagen is a huge molecule that sits on the surface of the skin and cannot be absorbed into the dermis,” board-certified dermatologist Dendy Engelman, M.D., says.

Secondly,  no substantial studies have shown topically applying collagen improves the production of collagen and firmness of skin. If you’re looking for ways to boost your collagen you should consider doing the following;

Using topicals such as vitamin C and retinol, collagen peptide supplements, eating a nutrient rich diet, and avoiding habits that damage the collagen (such as poor sleep and sun exposure.)

What I Like About Eelhoe Collagen Boost

  • It’s Fragrance free. If you’re allergic to fragrance you wouldn’t have any problem using this anti aging serum.
  • It’s Paraben Fee, Cruelty free and FDA registered. This is a huge plus for this product

What I Don’t Like About It

  • I didn’t notice any visible change in the appearance of my wrinkles after using for 3 weeks.

Conclusion:

Eelhoe Collagen boost anti aging serum does not significantly reduce skin aging. In three weeks of applying it I didn’t notice any visible change. As a result of this, I’d advise you not to get your hopes high. It might work but do not expect magic
