Ordered a jersey on the 2nd of February that arrived 6 weeks after it was supposed to, as it was coming from China (despite the website looking American). When the item FINALLY arrived, I was greeted with a jersey that was FRAUDULENT. Tried to contact the company multiple times, with no reply. Whenever I do speak to someone they tell me that the email and order number haven’t been recognised – despite me having an email as proof of my purchase.

I just went ahead and returned my item to see whether I could get through to someone with some decency to again, have no response, no refund, no contact. £100 out of pocket and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it.
