The serum did not work at all for me. When I tried to get my money back (they guarantee the product) I could not. In order to get your money back you must use the product for 30 consecutive days and have a time stamped picture of your lashes every one of those days. That is a ridiculous policy! They may say that they guarantee their product, but that’s misleading as it is nearly impossible to meet their requirements. All they said to me is that that I agreed to the policy when I bought the product. The bottom line … they do NOT stand behind their product.
