Reports online show that this company has a chain of shady e-commerce websites that indulge in bait and switch scam to fleece buyers. Also, the website claim it has been operating since 2015, but it is false. It only started functioning in February 2021. At this point, I’m already having a bad feeling about this clothing store.

Where is Gavlina Clothing located?
Gavlina.com has provided its physical address as ‘6 Whittington Road, London, England, N22 8YD’ but it is a sham address. There’s no business by the name XBP International Ltd on or around that address. In reality, Gavlina clothing is located in China, that is where the website was registered. The London address is just a disguise to buy customer’s trust. So yeah, the dresses are coming from China not UK or USA as you might think.
Are Gavlina Clothes of Good Quality?
The dresses on gavlina.com are all beautiful, but they all have one thing in common; they are not original. For example, when you take a close look at the models you would realize that their faces have been cropped.
This is one of the traits of online stores that sell imitation clothes. They steal the designs and pass off the images as theirs. Then they try to create an imitation which in most cases don’t come any close. So you either receive a knock off imitation or a different piece of clothing instead.
Customer Complaints
Though Gavlina has no provision for customer reviews on its website, customers have left reviews online stating that the online store fails to deliver the items ordered.
Suspicious Nature
Gavlina is linked to suspicious and fraudulent online stores. Namely ; Evethia, Loulora, Roumite and some many more that’d pop up in the nearest future. These stores are operated by the company XBP International Ltd which according to the reviews online engage in classic bait and switch scam.
What customers order are never what they receive. The products are of poor quality and don’t match the pictures on the website
Is gavlina.com Legit?
From the points noted above, I wouldn’t call Gavlina a legit clothing store. It indulges in false advertising and uses discount to deceive buyers. In reality, the products are counterfeit, a knock-off imitation mass produced in China.
Would I buy my dresses from this store? I honestly wouldn’t. Apart from the possibility of receiving junks, I don’t have the patience to wait for the delivery. The estimated delivery time is between 2 – 4 weeks due to the fact that the products are coming from China!
Conclusion:
From all indications, gavlina.com is not a legitimate online store.
At the end of the day, just like Jeloow, FiveCotton, and a host of other sites located in China, Customers might receive knock-off imitation of what they had ordered or nothing at all.
You should consider buying from these Amazon sellers below. The delivery is swift, and response is timely.
Have you been scammed?- Do This
Shopping from this store exposes customers to the risk of hacked credit card and overcharged fees. Also, customers would either receive an inferior item, a different cheaper item, or nothing at all.
Therefore, it is advised to file complaints to your bank and request for a new credit (debit) card. On the other hand, if you used Paypal as a method of payment, you should send a link of this review to PayPal, highlighting the Payment Scam.
Yes, it is true that online shopping has made life easier, however when ordering things online check out the following-
How old is the website? Does it provide return address? Are there customer reviews online? Do the social media icons work?
Always remember you can get the items from trusted sellers on Amazon, like the ones provided above. One of the advantages of shopping from amazon is the return policy. If you are not happy with your order, you can always return your items and get your money back.
I am one of those scammed and ripped off by Gavlina. I ordered three shirts in July ( 2021). They were “shipped”at the end of August. The trail ends Sept 14 before the shirts got to a UPS center. UPS knows nothing about them/ they did not receive them. I doubt anything was ever sent. I messaged Gavlina and was told to “wait a bit longer”. So thank you for your report! Lesson learned.
