How Much Is The Settlement
They did agree to settle for $1.75 million. So, if you were part of the class that paid those late rental fees, here’s the deal: if you shelled out for one to three late fees, you’re looking at a cool $50. If you paid for four to six late fees, it’s $75 for you. And if you were in the seven to nine late fee club, congrats, you’re getting $100. Now, if you somehow managed to rack up 10 or more late fees, you’re walking away with a sweet $125.
