I emailed then enquiring if the phone was unlocked because when I reviewed my purchase I could not ascertain if this was the case.After several emails were ignored I tried ringing them on the number listed on their contact details which I was unable to reach them.
I then did some searching on the net and discovered this bulletin,so now I am much more the wiser,but alas to late to be scammed.Also their website wanted me to supply my details for
an app that supposedly gave you immediate updates on the progress of your order.

I bought a Motorola Moto G31 Smartphone from this site on 26th August 2022.
They responded with an email confirming my purchase and it said that they would contact me via email with shipping and delivery dates.I paid for the phone using my Visa Debit card.
I emailed them with a query about the phone’s Network connectivity as I had reviewed my order and could not confirm if this was true.After a couple of days I re-emailed them and then after a day had passed there was still no response,so then I tried contacting them by phone but the number listed would not connect.I then became suspicious and I did a search for Goodsoone and was directed to your page.I wish now that I had been more vigilant and done my homework as I could have avoided being scammed.But also the price they offered,50% discounted was bait.The old adage “If it looks too good to be true,then most likely it won’t be true” definitely applies here.
I have contacted my bank and after a short conversation with their customer support representative it was agreed that the current card be cancelled and I am awaiting a new card to arrive in the mail.
