I ordered and noticed in the immediate receipt the funds went to an individual and not Blackstone. I immediately called Barclay’s (credit card bank) and they would not reverse the transaction saying I had to wait for the next billing cycle. Then if I had not received the product I could file a complaint. I waited, I filed. I submitted all proof documents within time frame including U S Postal Service tracking showing that tracking number was sent to another address.

• The telephone numbers provided on the website are fake, the numbers are out of service.
