Haldiram 80th Anniversary- Here’s Why It is a Scam
The Haldiram 80th anniversary gift link circulating on social media is a phishing scam. Here’s reasons why we think so;
- The link attached to the message is a malicious website that sends malware to your phone.
- Haldiram, the sweets, snacks, and restaurant company based out of Delhi and Nagpur, was founded in 1937, so it is 84 years old, not 80.
- On the Company’s Facebook page there’s no mention of any anniversary free gifts.
