I have had low back pain for months, nothing has helped. Sitting hurts, getting up from sitting hurts. Waking up in the morning with back pain is not how I want to start the day. I would apply the cooling gel probably 3-4 times a day & used the oral spray 2 times. The effect was very quick.
The cooling gel had a warming/cooling sensation after about 5 minutes and the pain intensity was lower, though not completely gone. It was manageable and I could function a lot better in less pain. However, the taste of the oral spray doesn’t sit well with me. It has a terrible nasty taste.
After about 3-4 days of continuous use the pain was gone! Now, I only use it when my back starts hurting again, usually after working in my garden or lifting something I shouldn’t.
