Intuit Quickbooks Scam 2022: Beware Of The Phishing Call And Message!
Have you received a call or message from someone claiming to be an intuit agent telling you that your QuickBooks subscription will expire within a few days and the renewal payment has not been made? Beware! It is a scam.
Lots of QuickBooks users have received this Scam message and call from Intuit. It actually contains a link to a malicious website.
Intuit Quickbooks Scam – How Does This Scam work?
It is a fraudulent text or call from scammers to get your personal and financial information with the ulterior motive to defraud you. The text says that your QuickBooks subscription will expire within a few days and the renewal payment has not been made. It directs you to make a transfer so as to renew your payment. This text is supposedly from Intuit.com but unsurprisingly, it has nothing to do with intuit. The alleged agent is not an authorized agent of intuit. Do not be deceived. It is all Scam!
Intuit has released warning for Quickbook users to be aware of this prevalent scam.
Clicking on the link exposes you to viruses, spywares, malwares, which are harmful to devices and can hack and destroy your mobile phone.
Genuine companies will never ask for sensitive information such as a password or credit card number, and will not contain any attachments or ask people to download anything to their device.

You should delete the text message immediately as it is obviously a phishing scam. Meanwhile, do not forget to inform your family and friends. Please they should not click on the link if and when they receive such message.
