I ordered from there. Was told I could have a refund, then they sent out shoes and said I can have refund after I get them and send them back. Now I have the shoes and they’re fake, they still say they’re real. Now they’ve said okay we will show you how to return them tomorrow and haven’t heard from them since. Mastercard are hopefully going to get my money back for me as this is ridiculous
I just ordered from this place and realised too late that they were a fake company. I have tried to get a refund and they said within 5 days. I have emailed them about an hour ago saying I would like a refund and replied with my order number. They have not responded as of now. When i talked with them on the phone they asked why I wanted to cancel they asked if it was because I thought they were fake. That just screams fake to me. I will try my best to get a refund and if I can’t I will open a dispute with my bank.
