Juicechic clothes are horrendous quality and do not match the photos! I typically ignore the clothing ads on Google, Instagram and FB, but I was intrigued by Juicechic’s supposedly beautiful designs and seemingly legit website. I was so wrong. I ordered four garments and they were actually delivered so I guess that’s one plus for them. However, the material quality and the workmanship are AWFUL. The pattern they used to make the clothes only barely resemble the photos on their site and the sizing is ridiculous. I know to order up at least one size for this type of purchase, but the XL was more like an XS in some areas and a L in other area. Bizarre! Returning seems to be next to impossible and likely to cost as much as the products themselves. Stay away!
DO NOT ORDER. they send from the US and pose like a US company then the happens when you need to return something.
“We have business partners in China, so the items are shipped directly from our Chinese warehouse. Therefore, if you want to return the item, you need to send it to our facility in China. Please don’t return them to the address on the package as that is our shipping agent and we will not receive the parcel there.”
then the $75 outfit you bought now costs $200 to send back. its a joke and they backpedal on helping you, repeating over and over.
