Reasons Why You Shouldn’t Shop From Junkum.com

Customer Complaints

Junkum.com has a 1 star ratings on Scamdoc. According to customer reviews, the store isn’t genuine. Customers who paid for an item never received a confirmation email or their order. Meanwhile, all efforts to contact the store for refunds has been futile. See complaint below –

I purchased a Troy-bilt 42inch riding mower off your site. the purchase price is unusually low. Is this a true offer or is it a scam? when could I expect delivery and does this machine actually exist and run????.

Fake Address:

”18051 sw 153ct  ,Miami,Florida,33187,US” is fake. The building listed in the address has absolutely nothing to do with Junkum. It’s a single family home.

Poor Customer Support:

The store’s email address ‘ [email protected]’ isn’t working. Meanwhile its telephone number ‘+12513401338’ has been used by a handful of blacklisted online stores. This clearly shows the store is among a chain of fraudulent online stores.

Conclusion

Junkum located at junkum.com is a scam online store luring customers with ridiculous discount prices. The store uses a fake address, and email. Beware! You wouldn’t receive your item after placing an order.

It’s just like Twobrothersgaming, GoodGamesBlackFridayGameLiveClarkscanadaGreenworksOutlet, kesslove and other suspicious sites.

Have you been scammed?- Do This

Shopping from this store exposes customers to the risk of hacked credit card and overcharged fees. Also, customers would either receive an inferior item, a different cheaper item, or nothing at all.

Therefore, it is advised to file complaints to your bank and request for a new credit (debit) card. On the other hand, if you used Paypal as a method of payment, you should document (screenshot) the transactions for future purposes.

Yes, it is true that online shopping has made life easier, however when ordering things online check out the following-

  1. I ordered a $82.61 violin from Junkum.com. It was a few days and a few emails from me before I got a shipping number which was to be delivered through China Post/USPS. This Junkum site is supposedly a hub of individual vendors all offering bargains through Junkum . ($50 violins can legimately be purchased elsewhere, i.e., Ebay.) However what I was shipped instead was a cheap woman’s belt. I was emailed by Junkum that my order was completed with this delivery. I submitted a transaction dispute with my credit card provider for a refund.

I have not yet received a reply to my emails regarding the delivery error from Junkum. Their service desk email is “[email protected]”.

  2. I just received a belt in the mail. I had ordered a piano. I realized, after I had placed the order there was no way I could get an electric piano for eighty-something dollars. Unfortunately it was too late to do anything about it, except call my bank in the morning. I’ll have to let my bank know that I got something from this scam.

  3. This so-called business is a scam you can’t get in touch with anybody you can’t send emails and the number that they have is disconnected this place needs to be turned into the Better Business Bureau do not buy or purchase anything from this company they are not a legit business!!

    1. I usually check out everything, what was wrong with me this dayI got scam purchasing from these crooks a Yamaha 115 but, I began to get suspicious with it being so cheap open box it said new $82 no shipping fees what (sucked) right away I had my card shut down reported, I tried to call and email no success this was 10/23/22, today 10/31, they’ve got the $ I have not received a call email or the item. My credit card is investigating these people will be cursed all will spend time in prison for a lengthy time. We don’t see you but, know who you are bunch of worthless junk!

    1. The government would be all over them if they were a torrent site for downloading free music or movies. When it comes to them just ripping the average person off, the government could care less obviously..

  4. Damn sounds like it’s ALMOST as bad as Wish.com.. lol I ran across a badass B.C.Rich I’ve never even heard of before. A BC RICH Virgo, looks like a Virgin with a rounded cutaway in the direct bottom of the guitar giving it two more fins that angle towards the bottom center of the guitar. Talking about 83 bucks or something in mint or near mint condition sounded too good to be true so figured I’d do a quick Google search before I ever set up a payment for it and obviously glad I did. Out of 20 reviews thus far, haven’t read one yet that we as even okay in any sense of the word. Looks like theres nothing even remotely legit about this site.. I’ve been had by one of these douchebag “theft companies” on a retro gaming unit I bought and got some garbage in the mail like 4 months later. PayPal wouldn’t do anything about it I guess because they did at least send something which makes no sense at all… I don’t know how the companies continue to get away with this shit and no one is doing a damned thing to fix this problem. Not even with Wish.com which is ultimately doing this exact same thing 90% of the time anyways.

  5. If I stole from someone I would be dealt with by the judicial system as anyone would so why is it just OKAY for so many companies out there today to lie steal and cheat people? It’s not just this kinda crap either! Phone companies, cable/internet companies, etc. etc. Its as though our society has made this decision that it’s okay for the huge billion dollar companies to rip people off and take advantage of them (especially the elderly for that matter…) It’s really quite sad this has become the norm is our brittle over conditioned society today and seems most just turn a blind eye to these crooks….

  6. Scam!
I placed an order 2 months ago and have not received yet!
I email them daily with the same response.. Basically, item is still in transit!
Do not order from this company!
I even told them I had reported them to law enforcement!
Who can I report them to?
