Sadly, the website and the people behind it are far from being genuine. During our investigations we noticed some inconsistencies.

90% of users have left a 2.0 star ratings on Trustpilot, stating they were defrauded by the company. Klett Services do not pay writers or translators. When you’re done translating, writing or editing a job, the company cease communicating with you. Often times they ask for payment proceeding, but when you pay, they disappear into thin air. There wouldn’t be any means to contact them, or get the money for the project you worked for.

Klett Services located at klettservices.com is a suspicious publishing website operated by scammers. It uses upwork to get writers/translators for projects, but fail to pay them in the end. Instead the scammers tell people to pay payment processing fee. Don’t be deceived! If you make the payment, you wouldn’t receive a dime.
