The items arrived in a professional looking package but unlike those tv ads, they were not made in America as advertised, but in fact made in China. They suggest letting them run for “6 weeks” all the time to see if they will work, but that goes beyond their 30-day money back guarantee.

Terrible Refund Policies

If you wish to return the item, they will send you several emails requesting you rethink your decision. A customer report said.

I ordered these feeling confident as they stated there was a 30 day return guarantee. I received the units and requested return for credit day after receipt of the units.
