I ordered a two piece outfit from LORAGAL in May this year and the outfit was very small, I sent an email on the 23/06/23 to LORAGAL explaining that I was happy for an exchange of a bigger size they responded immediately explaining that I could keep the original item then receive the size that I wanted at half price. I emailed back stating that, that would not make any sense, emails were going back and forth until I sent back the outfit with all the details they asked me to complete. I have been sending emails upon emails to find out what has happened to my outfit or for a refund and no reply. I know that the item had reached the destination because I tracked it to Staten Island NY.”

I ordered the Lace Corset Layered Tulle slit prom dress in pink. I paid the full price, I get the dress, it’s a different color pink from the pink dress I ordered! The dress was like I sloppy version of the dress in the picture! The dress was made horrible. I contact loragal to get a refund, they give me the runaround and then I have to pay for shipping which is as much as the $50 I paid for the dress. Don’t order from this website, you will be so disappointed and you will be unable to receive a refund! What a waste, I will never order from this website again! Very poor customer service!!”

Loragal is owned and operated by KELI GROUP DI LIAO KELI whose reputation online is terrible. it is a shady China based company linked to many untrustworthy online stores. Don’t let the address fool you, it is just a virtual address. Reviews online show the company engages in bait and switch scam. Customers often receive an entirely different and cheaper item compared to what they paid for. While some were unfortunate to receive nothing at all.

Refunds & Returns:

Loragal offers a 15 days return policy on the condition that the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. However, customers have to pay for return shipping fee. This means covering the shipping cost back to China. In some cases, it could be equivalent to the price of the item.

The dresses were pure cotton and were my size, however the color was different from what was shown on the website. Upon contacting the customer care, I was compensated for the inconsistency in color.
