Just made a purchase, card was charged to bejin , China have yet to receive any kind or receipt and says no orders pending but again card was still chargerd, ill be canceling the charge right after this post, id advise going some where else

Received a confirmation email and a tracking number.. it still states that it is in transit from China airport to US… still waiting. I’ve also sent a email because it hasn’t given me an update since 4/30. So we will see
Email sent to them looking for my package. They were quick to respond and very helpful. Tracking was updated on May 7,2020- my package has made it to Chicago IL and being carried by UPSP… I’ll update again once I have additional information

SCAM!!!!! I ordered a trampoline. Received a confirmed and tracking number(it was coming from CHINA). Emailed them(they quickly responded) told me due to the corona virus that shipping everywhere had been delayed.. delivery day finally came. The left me a freaking MASK in the mail!!! Ugggghhh! File a complaint with the FBI -IC3 and paypal will respond once you let them know. I have been dealing with the trampoline/face mask scam for 3 weeks and finally got my money refunded today.
I ordered from Lowpock and got scammed pretty badly. I ordered a trampoline for 66.82. Lowpock sent me surgical masks instead. Paypal refuses to help with my refund and Lowpock told me they would only give me $40 back. When asking about this, Lowpock told me, “Just be patient.” I wouldnt use Paypal or Lowpock. I am still trying to dispute this case.
I bought a Spanish ham through them. I know the product, and I thought by paying by PayPal it should be okay. Of course you don’t see that the company is Chinese until you pay and see the confirmation receipt. I waited the time, they also told me that due to Covid the package was delayed. I as well received only masks. I sent them another email with a picture of the masks and have heard nothing. I am going to try to contact PayPal, even though I see that they don’t respond. I am also going to contact my bank. I am going to continue to send the company feedback.
The same here, ordered the Spanish Ham back in April and never received it, contacted them and they replied that it was delivered 10 days ago and told me to check with the neighbours or the post office that someone may have signed for it , which I do not need to because there is always someone here to answer the door and I know the carrier well, she would bring it back the next day and leave a note. The tracking number is another story, it said that was delivered in my mailbox which is only a 10″x10″ container and I know that a Serrano ham in in a large box and weight around 14lb and should originated from SPain and not China. Also I live in an area with long driveways and no one has ever had packages stolen from their doors and there is also a security camera.
Lowpock has still not sent me a trampoline I ordered and they sent me a reply stating it was delivered to my mailbox… a 12’ trampoline does not fit… they’ve now said they’ll send it again… we shall see
I ordered a vanity at the end of April and they sent a tracking number but it hasn’t been updated since May 8th. I’ve sent them emails with no response but based on everyone’s reviews, im not going to get what I ordered. So pissed. This is total B.S!!!

They scammed me! I ordered a trampoline back in april and today is August 1st and what I recieved was a face mask. I’m devastated over this, I ordered this trampoline for my grandchildren so they can enjoy it for the summer. My husband just passed away at the beginning of the year and my grandchildren where very devastated. I ordered this trampoline to try to cheer them up a bit but I was scammed and now I’m out $85.00
I placed an order in April for a trampoline. I had no idea that this was going to be an international order/shipment. Basically i waited 5 months to recieve… wait for it…. FACEMASKS!!!!! When i sent in my angry email they offered to send me the “right item” *yeah right* and apologized for the error stating it happened because they product that i had ordered was such a hot commodity at the time.I told them i would not wait any longer and that i want my money refunded immediately.The response i got was that they would refund me but that they couldn’t refund me ALL of my money because they had to keep money for the cost of the item they sent to me and for shipping. We finally settled on me paying for shipping and being refunded the remaining amount ( which i shouldn’t have even had to do). I was told 2 months ago i had been refunded. now i keep getting the run around about how it’s still processing and talking about the length of time for cross border transactions to be processed by a bank. Literally worst company i have ever seen in my life. Definitely do NOT order from these people.
