The buying process was very misleading from luxuryconfidence.com. After entering my payment info and clicking “purchase,” a message said, “Your order is not complete! You must watch the video for your order to be completed.” The video used high-pressure tactics like, “Your order will be packed in 15 minutes, so you must decide now!” and took about 15 minutes to finish.

I hoped this machine would help with my breakouts, but it made things worse. It caused painful pimples, even though I cleaned my face and the machine well. I think it spread bacteria, causing more breakouts the next day. Even after a week, the breakouts were still there, though a bit better.
