I ordered a pair in May expecting them before June and when i finally got a hold of them via email they also said they were being held up in customs for some unknown reason. I finally got them on Friday and they are an inch too long. I can’t get a hold of them to find out to get a new pair or my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You can find the same shoes on Amazon for a lot less
I got my Shoes but they took 2 Months to get to me. They actually Fit me and they feel really good on my Feet! I wouldn’t order again because they took too long to get to me.
Ordered shoes May 30th … Today is Jun 29th and no shoes
I too have been given the run around….the customer service rep says it’s in customs…thst was 2 months ago!!! I threatened to report fraud and they deleted all their responses!!! I’m soooooo pissed!!! Lesson learned!!! Do not think of ordering from these scammers!!!!
I have been waiting for my shoes ordered March 30th. Was told the shipping label came off and they were returned. I was asked to submit shipping address again which I did a month ago. Still no shoes. Sent another email in June and I was also told they were held up in customs. On July 1,2020 I received an email sending me a tracking number which does not work and was told my shoes should arrive within 10 business which would have been July 11,2020. Today is July 15th Still no shoes. I filed a claim with my bank to investigate so the charges will be reversed back to my account.

Def a scam, I ordered shoes months ago, they never arrived and I complained and received a reply that the phone number for delivery was incorrect, it was correct, they kept promising delivery I finally asked for a refund, no shoes, and no refund. Buyer beware.
So I came across Madixa JAN 2020, ordered 2 pair of shoes and received within 3 weeks of ordering, I like the look and feel of the shoes (happy customer). NOV 2020 I decided to give them another try and ordered 2 pair of winter boots (I’m in Canada winters are nasty here) with the expected delivery date of early DEC 2020. After the expected date had come and gone and still no tracking info available I decided to e-mail them (I decided to include their responses so people can see their support)

On JAN 20th, 2021 I disputed the charges with my CC company that refunded me (pending an investigation).
On March 10th 2020 my CC company charged my CC stating that Madixa had provided proof they had fulfilled the agreement (CC company provided me with the documents) to my surprise the boots arrived MARCH 15th 2021, but while examining the proof MADIXA provided my CC company I was appalled to see that it was either false/fabricated or not related to my purchase at all.
After 5 months I did receive my order (I’m positive it is because I disputed it), but will never order from them again.
