These guys are the WORST!!! The quality is absolute crap – like seriously, the worst trashy shoes in the world. I got 5 pairs!! and when I picked up the package it felt as heavy as a box of tissues – seriously. That’s how bad they are. Every single pair. They won’t answer emails to the point I think they’ve blocked me. They have also deleted my account!!! There are so many hundreds of positive reviews, and they must all be fake because it is impossible that the shoes I received are from any kind of reputable company. Buyer beware.

We just received our 2 pairs of slippers, ordered on 22/8 (arrived 17/9) after many emails requesting for delivery updates. We thought the slippers will never come!
Second and more serious disappointment is the quality of the slippers. We paid AUD$101.14 for both. I think the slippers are not worth even AUD$10 each. Anyway we’ve dumped the two pairs as they are very difficult to wear, the sole is light but hard/firm and very uncomfortable to wear. We tried walking on our hardwood timber floor and found it slippery. How can such brands be allowed to claim quality when they’re not.

I asked for a refund and even if their website promotes a “100% Risk-Free Purchase”, this is the answer I got from them many times: “we suggest you give the shoes to your friends or donate them, and we will also give you 15usd compensation, Can you accept this opinion?”

I purchased a pair of sneakers from the website (Madzarato.com) they are suppose to be very comfortable and they are totally opposite of what the company advertised. The insole of the sneaker is extremely hard, there is absolutely no cushion whatsoever. The air pockets on the side of the shoe is not the same as they advertised. I had sent at least 8 emails to the company asking for a refund and info on how to return them. They kept avoiding my questions. Their website showed a picture of 2 different shoes (their product & the counterfeit shoe) I received the counterfeit product. They gave me a lame excuse for how this happen and still did not give me info on returning them. Before I realized I had the fake shoe I complained about then being uncomfortable, they gave me some money back and suggested I sell them or give them away. My last email to them has gone unanswered. I have told my family and friends to never order from them as they are a fraud.
I experience exactly the same. They only copy-paste the same message many times and avoid responding what I am asking for. Indeed it is FRAUD. It is a cheap product, and a loss of money and time 🙁
SCAM. False and misleading advertisement. Their products are not at all what they claim to be. Bad quality, no refund despite what it is written on the website, not made in the US as stated on the website, not even speak English, terrible customer service.
TOTAL SCAM… I ordered two pairs of mens shoes prior to researching this company. The advertising is all false and misleading. Poor quality, no return address ever provided after 3 requests and shipped directly from China.
