How Much Is The Settlement
Daniel Esteban Camas Lopez, the plaintiff, alleges that his stint at the sauté station involved extensive hours preparing, cooking, and plating food. But no reviews or interaction with the executive chef as promised. To add insult to injury, while Lopez got $14 per hour for regular hours and $21 for overtime between May 6, 2021, and July 9, 2021, other non-intern culinary workers were raking in $17.50 per hour for regular hours and time-and-a-half for overtime.
