Although the website has gone an extra measure to hide their website registration details, we were able to use Wayback tool to check how long the website has been functioning.

Modwayfurniture.in poses as a Modway Indian Furniture website but in reality it is not associated with the real Modway furniture company. When we contacted the official website of Modway.com, we were given the following response-

We do apologize for any inconvenience, but we are
not able to assist.

This further proves that modwayfurniture.in is a scam out to dupe innocent Indians of their hard earned money.

Customer Support

Like similar fraudulent websites, modwayfurniture.in has not bothered to provide contact information. The only contact info is a Whatsapp phone number. However, when we sent messages to the number they stopped replying and their business account was switched to Standard account on WhatsApp. 

Customer Reviews

Customers who have shopped from modwayfurniture.in are yet to receive their furniture even after waiting for the alleged shipping time which is 14 days.

All efforts to contact the store and get their money back has been extremely difficult as modwayfurniture.in does not reply messages on Whatsapp. When the frustrated customers contacted the official Modway USA website they were told that they don’t have any alliance in India.

Payment Methods

Another cause for alarm is the payment options. Unlike genuine modwayfurniture.in does not allow customers to use credit card. You can only pay through UPI QR and instamojo This is a huge red flag!

When you buy things online without using your credit card. It is totally impossible to get the money back or even trace the seller.
