You are right on the mark about Ninelegant. I got scammed for 2 dresses. They arrived, same size but one was too small and the other not the midi length pictured. I have managed to get 1/2 my money back and am still arguing with them for the rest. I even attached a photo of the their ad that said it shipped from NJ but it really came from China and they want me to return the dresses there. Obviously I won’t as it would be cost prohibitive.
This experience has made me swear off online shopping unless it is a local company or one I already know and can rely on.
I ordered a beautiful dress off this site and have n or reply about it.. I have text them 4 times and nothing..no tracking nothing.. I will make sure everyone knows about this fraud company.. ofcourse no money back yet.

After 2 months, the order did arrive but NOT as pictured and sized weird. The armholes so small I can’t get dress on. The 2 other dresses are flimsy t-shirt material that is not appropriate to wear anywhere. And where is the free item? Website clearly says you have 20 days to decide if items meet my need. But when you want to return, only offers 40% of total. If you pursue returning they say must be sent to China but my package came from California.
Quality is horrible. Total scam.
