For my first treatment on Intensity 6, it was a bit uncomfortable. I had to take breaks after each pass, but I got used to it after a few tries. The device is easy to handle, and the auto mode is handy.

 Also, Its not pain free. Pain free on the low settings, yes. But the instructions say you have to have it on level 6 or higher and go over the area 3 times. Level 6 can feel like you are getting popped with a hot rubber band.
