Deluxe Skin Hair Removal Reviews: Scam or Working?

The customer support is terrible, shipping & delivery takes weeks, and the website does not grant refunds. If I'm to rate this IPL Laser hair removal device, I'll give it a 4 over 10 due to the mentioned flaws.
