Who Is Eligible For The Pine-sol $5.65 Million Settlement
If you bought Pine-Sol Scented products in the United States from Nov. 1, 2018, and Nov. 15, 2023, then you are eligible to receive. The products are Pine-Sol Multi-Surface Cleaners in Lavender Clean, Sparkling Wave and Lemon Fresh scents; all CloroxPro Pine-Sol All Purpose Cleaners in Lavender Clean, Sparking Wave, Lemon Fresh and Orange Energy scents; and Clorox Professional Pine-Sol Lemon Fresh cleaners.
How Much Is The Settlement
The amount of the settlement is $5.65 million. The people suing and the one being sued decided to settle instead of going through a trial. The people who brought the case and their lawyers believe this is the best deal for everyone in the group.
If you submit a claim with no proof of purchase, you wi get up to $3.57 per class product that you bought, up to a maximum of two, for a total potential payment of $7.14.
