The Pispara Ion Lifting Bra is a bra shaped like a sports bra which uses ion far-infrared, and mugwort treatment to improve blood flow, boost metabolism, break down subcutaneous fat, reduce stretch marks & cellulite, and promote weight loss.
However, the question that begs to be answered is this ‘Does this bra really do all these?” I honestly don’t think so. Curious but in doubt, I ordered the Pispara Ion Lifting bra on Amazon.
Does Pispara Ion Lifting Bra Really Work? My Experience Using This Ion Lifting and Lymphvity Detoxification Bra
When my order from Amazon arrived, I was really shocked by the content in the package. First of all, let me be real with you this is a cheap fancy looking sports bra. There’s no support whatsoever in lifting the breast. The special insert that is supposed to make your lymphatic system work better is just s a cheap, thin, cotton pad nothing more.
The only thing I like about the bra is that It’s stretchy so you have to put it on like a shirt. Aside that, there was also the problem of it being small. I ordered a size XL but it actually looked like a size X. Because of this, my breasts felt backed like squeezed burger.
So no, Pispara Ion lifting bra doesn’t work for weight loss, detoxification or any of the claims made by the manufacturers. It is just an overpriced sports bra, there’s no evidence or scientific data backing the claim that it helps detoxify the body. Meanwhile, if your liver and kidneys work your body is detoxing just fine

- It does not really detoxify the body or aid in weight loss
- The so called lymphatic drainage is just a thin cotton pad
- It comes in small size

Pispara ion lifting bra might have some benefits, but it does not really work for weight loss, detoxification or stretchmark removal. Just like PrettyHealth Lymphvity Bra, It is just a stretchy sports bra, it cannot speed up lymphatic drainage and remove cellular waste.
