This people are sick they only have 4-5 people on there wearing it which is clearly photoshopped. Popumart now appears to be DBA as Sheild Stars. Listing item I purchased for about 1/2 off. I am writing this thing off as a $23 research project in internet shopping. We’ll see how many new aliases these clowns come up with.

This store is absolutely a scam. After ordering 2 face coverings that was never received and numerous unanswered emails stay away and order nothing from this website!

This company is a “ total scam” do not buy from them period. Purchased a USA cap April 9 ($27.99 plus $8.99 shipping) still has not shipped. Only way to contact them is by email there response was processing the order that was April 14.

They are a company out of China I googled popumart.com and could not open a website but received suggestions for Pop Mart from Beijing. They encourage purchasers to open the Arrive App – installed on your phone, gives access to everything on your phone

I want my damn money back for the two face mask I ordered it was supposed been shipped and been to my home in seven days still no order or a reply from these scammers
I too ordered a face mask from Popumart and didn’t hear anything for a week. When I emailed them to inquire I got a response basically saying it was processing but was clearly written by someone not well versed in English. I used PayPal so I started a dispute which must have been sent to Popumart as three days later I received a shipping confirmation # using USPS but link just shows label created no further info. Glad I used PayPal so I can officially fight this through them and popumart doesn’t have my credit card info. Total scam.
Just wanted to follow up on this as my mask did arrive today. Order was placed first week of April and shipping email arrived 4/23. Package arrived 5/15.

My wife was an hour on the phone with our credit card company cancelling our card. We are not likely to get our money back from the scam purchase but at least our card is safe.
Card company says the charges originate in China and in addition to the cost of scam product and scam shipping there is also a foreign transaction fee that we’re not likely to get back.

I purchased a Face mask/neckwarmer 3 1/2 weeks ago from a online store called POPUMART,supposedly based in N.Y. city and Chino Ca….oopsy..they took my money and delivered nothing. While trying to contact them concerning my order,I see the same add with the same products going under the name JOYINCHIC…as I am typing this,I see above the comment box,they were villified under the name KOMON MART…so these pondscum a******s continue to rip people off and the B.B.B. does nothing…these child molesting goat humpers need to be found and shipped over to Somalia and tossed into one of those little panga boats just before the UNITED STATES MARINES and COAST GUARD aboard those freighters and tankers hit them with 3-4- thousand rounds of Ma-duece .50 caliber…I CAN NOT STAND A FRIGGIN LOWLIFE THIEF!

I purchased 150 dollars for masks for my family and never received them. They even have me a tracking number. When I checked the number it couldn’t be found. I only have email for them and have contacted them daily to no prevail. They stopped replying to me all together.

I contacted and filed a dispute with my credit card company and was credited within 2 days.
I ordered 2 hats back in early April. I have not received them yet. It shows my shipment is in NY. It’s said that for the past two weeks. No one answers the phone either.

Follow up – masks finally arrived today. Ordered April 8, claimed to have shipped April 21, arrived May 15. 37 days for a product they claimed was in stock and shipped fast. At least they finally delivered.

I ordered 3masks and received no response when I emailed the company to cancel my order until I filed a complaint thru PayPal, they were quick to respond then.

Ok so I’m not giving them mad props. I ordered 4 face masks in Early April, and they literally arrived today, May 13, 202- So to that end, I cannot say that they are a scam. It did take a month to arrive. But they did come.
Looks like it’s on its way. After 5 or six weeks, it’s not exactly the fast delivery they originally promised. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and got my money back over 4 weeks ago, but it looks like they sent the mask anyway. Now, I do t know what to do. Should I “undispute” the payment which has already been resolved in my favor, or do I say bleep them for being so shady? If I would have known it was going to take 6 weeks to arrive, I would have never ordered it to begin with, especially not at $23 . I have ordered and received two other masks in the meantime.
I would pay it forward by giving them a positive recommendation, but letting people know that they must be patient. And if wanting PPE immediately to use an alternative.
I ordered two buff-style neck gaiters on April 9 from PopuMart.
Several days later, after getting nothing and seeing nothing, I figured I was scammed.
Then on April 23, two weeks after I ordered, I got an e-mail that they were received at the USPS partner shipping facility in Chino, about a 45 minute drive from my house.
One week later, nothing, it was still there. Two weeks later, same.
Three weeks later, still nothing, so I again figured I got scammed.
Then surprise, the shipment gets delivered today, Saturday, May 16, more than five weeks after I ordered, and more than three weeks after they allegedly said the product was in the local area and waiting to get delivered by USPS.
What the heck, did the partner shipping facility have to quarantine these items for three weeks before they could release them?
I would have appreciated a heads-up on that. F_’ing mind games.
The shipping & handling charge was $7.99 for what arrived in a large envelope.
There was no sales tax, but my credit card charged an International Taxation Fee of 1%.
My wife says if must have come from China. Could be, highest probability, but I don’t know that for sure.

I ordered my masks on April 11th and it just arrived today, May 18th. So it is legit, just took a long time to receive.
Very slow to arrive, but I did receive today, May 20, the face shield I ordered from Popumart in mid April. So, not a scam for me but I was worried. The tracking did not change from April 22 until May 16, when it began to make it’s way to me.
I order a mask from PopuMart in the 8th of April, 2020 and as of this writing on the 21st of MAY I have not received my product. Proceed accordingly.
At first I was concerned that PopuMart did not have a customer service phone number. I did not realize this until after buying 3 face shields, though. The face shields were only $14.99 a piece. As the weeks went by without any notification from PopuMart that my items were being shipped, I thought I may be getting scammed. I read some of the bad reviews and I just wrote those items off as a loss. But then I got pissed and sent an email to PopuMart asking, “Where in the Hell are my masks?” I immediately got a response to my email. The company told me how much trouble they were having shipping out their products cuz of Covid-19. They told me not to worry and that the masks were in fact “on the way”. True to their word, the masks finally arrived 6 weeks after I placed the order.
6 weeks is a normal shipping time from China. The masks are very cool, and I may buy 3 more! I was a doubter as many of you are, but the company came through for me.
I finally received my mask after 2 months and its a thin cloth nothing like the images. Never again w3ill I order over seas
Popumart knows all the angles on how to play PayPal rules out to the last second. Ordered two lousy “in stock” face masks in early April with no confirmation of an order except that money was removed from my PayPal account. After the site disappeared for days shortly after ordering and contacting PayPal about it, the site came back up with the “in stock” or “back order” status of individual items removed. Then following all the procedures for PayPal, and PayPal letting them run out the clock at every milestone, I finally got my order the last week in May. Because of the non-glowing reviews on line that I should have looked into first, I decided to go as far as videoing the opening of the package just to prove it if I didn’t receive my full order. To my surprise I did get both items. Like the previous reviews, I was underwhelmed! Trust me, go buy a cheap pair of yoga pants with a pattern of your choice, cut out tubes from the legs, and pull it over your face. You’ll save money, frustration, and time!
