My Experience Using The Postur Foot Massager
I bought a total of 3 EMS Foot Massagers from their official website Postur-tech.com using the 60 per cent discount offer, shipping took 13 days to arrive.
First of all, the intensity is great, and after 15 minutes use, it reduces my feet pain which I do have after a long day standing at work. I like that the massager is portable and convenient, fitting perfectly into my busy schedule unlike the foot massage carpet.
However, the product itself isn’t made from quality material. It worked well for two days and then one suddenly stopped working. It only shows a blinking blue light without going solid, as it did initially .So, I decided to take advantage of the money-back guarantee offered by the company.
I contacted them and was told to send a video and read the operating instructions. I sent a video, b. I’d been using it, so I didn’t need instructions.
I tried reaching out to the company by phone and email, and they eventually responded. They asked me to follow the instructions again and send another video demonstrating that it wasn’t working. They got back to me once more, this time requesting a video where I express how much I love their massager and how I’d recommend it to others. They said only then could I get a refund for the one that doesn’t work. I declined their offer, and that was the last time I heard from them regarding a refund.

Postur Foot Massager is not really a scam perse, it works in relieving foot pain, however it isn’t made with durable materials. Because of this it easily breaks down within months or weeks of use. Aside from my experience, lots of users have had same negative experience while using the massager
After submitting a one-star review due to an inability to reach the company for a refund of the EMS foot massager as it held little to no charge at all on any of the settings, they replied here on Sept. 27, 2023 saying they would get back to me soon. It’s October 10, 2023 and, as expected based on other reviewers, I have not been contacted. Every time I phone I have to leave a voicemail, and my emails to the address they advertise for “24/7” customer service have never been answered
